Floors were squeaky

Spacious room. Comfortable and clean. Nice amenities.

The location was great- easy walking to everything. Staff was super nice and rooms were large.

The front desk staff was amazing with breakfast recommendations, and they allowed us to continue to park at the hotel through the afternoon. The location was perfect.

The suite ws perfect for a 3 girl getaway. The location was walking distance from Perkins cove nd from the playhouse. It was a bit dated, but very comfortable

A bit dated. The cushions on the couch were replaced so didn¿t match the pull out couch but the couch itself was very comfortable

This was absolute amazing! I book it for a girls get away and it meet our expectations and more! We had such a wonderful night. The bed was comfortable as well as the pull out bed! Thank you for a memorable time. The Ladies

We had a wonderful experience at the Grand Hotel! We had the ¿penthouse suite¿ with real wine glasses and a fireplace! Wish we could have stayed longer!

Loved the set up of the rooms. The lobby was beautiful. Overall we loved everything EXCEPT the bed! If not for the bed, I would give 10/10.

The bed was horrible! Neither of us slept well and both woke up with back pain.

Good location between busy Perkins Cove & busy shopping area in Ogunquit. Easy access to walk Marginal way. Staff was friendly. Rooms clean with nice furnishings.

Convenience to Perkins Cove, literally a 3 minute walk. About 5 minutes to downtown Oqunquit and the beach. Very great location. Friendly staff, prompt service when needing a linen drop off

Could hear people upstairs walking very heavy. Other than the noise nothing bad about hotel.

liked that the rooms were big and clean and the people there were very helpful. their breakfast was ok and there was always plenty. would stay again

you could hear the people walking above you and sometimes their TV's - - couldn't hear the people on either side of us and they had little children.

All accommodations are suites ,one persons can be doing something in one room and the other doing something else in the other room. Plenty of parking on site, something that is in short supply in the Perkins Cove area.

nice spacious and clean room. more like a small apartment. under ground parking was fantastic. kept the car nice and cool.

lower floor room was very noisy. heard every footstep from the floor above. a child above us was up VERY early and running around. would need to be guaranteed a room on the top floor next time
