Nothing! It was filthy and the room smelled like marijuana. Noisy, disruptive and gross.

A halfway decent clean non smelling room.

No breakfast available …..

The rooms were remodeled somewhat , sparse furnishings. Floor was dirty, needs a good moping.My feet wereblack from the unclean floors!!! Bathroom door was hard to close it rubbed on the flooring.Sink faucet leaked on countertop. Overall the place just needs a good cleaning and a lot of repair work.

I didn't even get to stay they said I had no reservations and I couldn't stay and warm up it was for paying customers I had paid in advance actually

In person staff was friendly. The bed was comfortable. The heat in the room was adjustable and we were warm on a cold night.

The staff at the facility was friendly but we booked a room with a kitchenette and the one we received did not have one. There was an online person on a kiosk that took over communications and did not resolve the issue. . The kiosk communication was not helpful and the kiosk recorded us and videoed us the whole while. (The staff person said the kiosks are manned from India). We did not like the kiosk assistance nor the videotaping of our interactions from remote locations. As for the room, there was no kitchenette as advertised. Apparently, none of the rooms have kitchenette with stove tops as advertised on Booking.com. There was dust/dirt around the edges of the room and on top of surfaces like refrigerator. Some of the towels were new but some were worn and grayed. There were what looked like cigarette holes on the bedding in our non-smoking room.
