The location. This is our second time staying, and we knew that the location was good.
It was undergoing renovation, and on the very first day, the danger tape had been blown away by the wind. I went upstairs I very precarious staircase, up to the second balcony to look for my room in the dark and almost fell down because there are holes in the floor, it was dangerous. I later noticed the danger tape and taped it back again, but we were not giving any warning about renovation, so this was an unpleasant surprise. Also, because of the renovation, there was loud, banging noises starting from around 9 AM throughout the day. I felt that we definitely paid too much for a hotel that was undergoing such massive renovation and had no warning or notices about it.

Bring your own towels and toliet paper
Good location and reasonable price
There was absolutely NO way to contact management during our 3 night stay. We ran out of toilet paper and clean towels. I called multiple times and left messages with no answer. I went to the office on 5 different occasions and no one was ever there. I even left messages on the ring doorbell. Very disappointing.

Room was clean, basic but comfortable. Beds were pretty comfortable. The bathroom was in good shape.
Never saw an employee. Arrived at 5pm and keys were just sitting in mailbox with name. Exterior need painting. At 5am fire alarm went off in another room. Went off [Link Redacted] 15-20 minutes without any motel staff responding. A fire vehicle finally showed up, and it sounded like they had to kick in a door. Walls are thin so it was hard to get a good night's sleep. No Iron or ironing board in the room. We checked out at 845am and office was still closed. No direction on what to do with keys, so we threw them back into the mailbox. Just a weird experience.
