Very affordable and great location.

Been here a few times and this stay had to be the worst room. There were burn marks on the carpet, ice bucket smelled rancid and could not be used. Also this was the first room without a smart tv so that was a bummer.

Inconsistent hot water. $200 deposit. No microwave. No dressers or furniture for luggage.

The hotel had the wrong name on the building. Passed it 2 times. Also there was no microwave in the room or liner in the ice bucket. We had to travel to get food.

great rooms, if you have business n ktown or even midwilshire its the best deal in town. Good streaming setup. no breakfast. limited vending. gets a little rowdy on weekends, we liked that!

They accused us of smoking in the rooms (we absolutely did not! he was seeing seaweed flakes eaten by the girl) i got my deposit back, eventually.

Very modern and had plenty of space. Definitely a great value.

The attitude of the staff at the front desk. I wasn?t informed of the 200.00 room deposit as well as the 15.00 parking fee. The overall stay at the hotel was unacceptable.

Changed room, but same problem. Never checked in 3rd floor. Or after the renovation.

I felt safe in this hotel, staff was always present and worked diligently. The view from my hotel room was beautiful, I was on the top floor and could not get enough of looking out the window. There¿s restaurants and grocery stores all around.

The location was good

The room was too tight and small. Our AC went off and we had to wait till the next day for the AC to be fixed though they gave us a fan upon our request. I did not like the fact that we had to pay extra for parking per day.

I did not like having to check in with hotel staff every night and having to give my name and room number all 6 nights just to enter my hotel room.

This hotel is near downtown and great food in Ktown!

The hotel is a bit rusty but for one night is great and cheap! The staff is so nice and I felt welcomed and safe.

Return stay in my favorite room - 615. Corner room on the top floor, with a view of LA downtown. Room is large, clean and the king-size bed is very comfortable! There is a little traffic noise, but nothing disruptive.

As of February, they have introduced a $15/night parking fee. Not the worst, but it used to be free. Just a heads up.

Underground parking was a bit odd with double parking

parking was ok but not safe or gated.

bad neiborhood, dirty hotel, breakfast was only coffee white bread and susages, no eggs at all. there was no coffee even in the room. only coffee machine from 1900 were provided and they told me to bring your own brewed coffee to make in that old machine.

Location (Koreatown). Downtown view from the window (your mileagemay vary). Cleanliness. Gorgeous room setup & bathroom for the price. Working fridge. Quiet furnace fans and quiet bathroom fans. Good price. Courteous staff.

9 mbps wifi. Very weak free breakfast. No personal microwave (shared). 9pm curfew on elevators. Limited parking lot between 5 ~ 8 pm due to the hotel restaurant guests. $200 security deposit. Homeless camp right next to the hotel.

I got Room 315 - a large corner room with sofa and a view towards LA Downtown. For the price, it was unbeatable value! The bed was spotless and very comfortable. I really appreciated how quiet it was, too.

Parking was free and the location was good - near the children's hospital.

The hotel requires a $200 deposit. The staff was kind of rude at check in.

Front desk gave our room key to other guests, the guests came in while family members inclding kids were sleeping. I had supervision camera set up in the room. Front desk did not do anything. Although he was upset and told me that he will just get penalty
