Polite staff. Seemed clean, although it was hard to tell with some things due to their age.
The hotel has a different name on the outside making it difficult to find. They charge you $15 a night to park in their underground parking and a $200 dollar deposit for the room which you don't get back when you check out because they have to inspect the room first. The building is very old and although they updated a few things, most of the hotel is old. The curtains are full of holes, lots of cracked tiles, missing paint and peeling on fixtures such as the shower and walls. There was no coffee pot in the room. Just not what I expected from a 3 star hotel.

Loved how comfortable the bed was and the view from the window. Good, central location so you have easy access to multiple places

The location was great for our travel needs, the rooms are quiet considering it’s by a busy street. Lots of restaurants and stores nearby. Front desk staff welcoming and friendly.
The beds were a bit firm, there wasn’t a microwave and a tea kettle was provided but no coffee or tea. Extra charge for parking on premises.

Missing a full length mirror near the closet area and that the water temperature didn't go hotter? It wasn't cold but it would've been nice we could control it more.

General okay, especially based on price performance prespective. Couple of disappointing: First, we asked for tooth brushes which they said it is 1$, when we said our wallet is in the room, they didn’t want to give it to us and at the end said “okay we are putting note here, please make sure to pay”. I understand there is a policy and rules, but just for 1$ + I have already deposit there, I think it was not good for guests pleasure. Also, whatever you are asking from reception, you should go downstairs to pick up, for example iron. I think because of short stuff. I have to say though very perfect location. Thanks for your help

Good location for our visit. Very clean and the staff were very nice .
The only complaint is our fridge didn’t work in the room and didn’t like the set up for watching TV .
