- The location, the rooms almost all have an ocean view, food is great
- The staff is the BEST part of the sands! They are like family to us and keep us coming back all year. We also love the location of the resort, close to some amazing restaurants, shopping and only 20 minutes from the airport.
- Family friendly and fabulous staff!!!
Cons -
- The key system, It is all inclusive, but you need your room key every time you get anything. A drink, food, etc. the server takes it at breakfast and doesn’t give it back until you get your &0 bill. You also feel like you have to tip for everything
- The breakfast, lunch and drinks are great!! We don't love eating dinner on the resort, but the food certainly isn't bad. There are just so many great restaurants nearby that we prefer.

The staff is the BEST part of the sands! They are like family to us and keep us coming back all year. We also love the location of the resort, close to some amazing restaurants, shopping and only 20 minutes from the airport.
