Friendly people overall except for the makes at registration front desk Food was good overall sort of texmex style so it would please most people Pools were nice but shallow and there was very good beach access

The property is really rundown not enough washroom cafeteria is the only place to eat and it’s got no atmosphere. It’s boring and the food is not that great.The advertise with entertainment it’s completely falseI have been to Mexico many times at a lot of different places that was by far the worst I will never go back to that placeAnd on top of it for the first time in 30 years, I got so sick, food poisoningAlso, at the pool the way they wash the glasses it’s not sterile. It’s gross.The place is not worth it a visit

I only liked the beach club

Food was average and served in one restaurant only. The other available restaurant was below average and required booking in advance and was charged apart. The swimming pools were old and in need of refurbishment, bedrooms were dated, not taken care of, with several broken things. The first room we stayed in was very damp and swampy, stunk of moisture with a very tang smell. After complaining and due to my allergy they changed my room but I had to be out of the room with all my belongings for 2 hours. Everything lacked quality, mattresses were very dirty, once I saw it I felt it disgusting.

I liked the location, it's was easy to find and near to the airport, it was clean and has a beach in the front.

The food was awful to be honest, they only served buffet style for all meals, they do offer a restaurant but in the 4 days that I was there I never got a reservation, they were always sold out. The drinks where ok. They do not have an elevator , I was on the third floor and this was inconvenience. I wouldn't recommended, I had been in other hotel all inclusive of the same price but way better quality specially with food and drinks.

The place it self, very, very far from being a beach resort. Not enough amenities; no tennis, no beach, pretty small pools for so many prople. NO GYM!! Only one common restaurant and a smaller by appointment. The room so, so humid and nothing to solve it.The facility, poorly kept up. OLD, nothing upgraded.

The service is good.Traveled with 4yo boy . This is a basic family resort.Personal was good. We love immersion with local but the place is almost full everyday.Local coming in everyday with bus , that means long line up at the buffet ( don’t worry, it only takes max 8mn before being seated) but with the food, this is good because buffet is new every meal ( fresh and never repeat) for the price, this is a very good value.

Most of the time its busy but people are very nice.We like immersion with the local.

The pools and the location were really fabulous

everything about the place was nice except the room, which was incredibly musty with a sewer smell, a broken lamp, little flies everywhere, and a view of what looked like a back alley in that it was dirty and dark.

This resort was good value for the money. There was a large variety of foods at the buffet and snack bars. I especially liked the coffee shop for the morning coffee and in the evening to relax and check your email or play cards. Staff was helpful and friendly.

There could have been some more chairs and/or loungers by the pools.

The service was wonderful the waiters and housekeeping were top-notch. The beach was very nice you could walk barefoot on the soft sand and it was safe to swim.

The smell of the room had a strong odor of mildew and could smell cigarette smoke and the noise level, you could hear people in the hallways. The beach pool was nice except the music was a bit too loud and not enough lounge chairs.

Relaxing experience with everything I needed right there. Hotel helped schedule some excursions. Pool was great with beach near buy. Staff was always very helpful.

Great location. A little rundown. Food was okay, pretty normal for an all inclusive. Staff was friendly for the most part. Not a ton of English. Entertainment staff could be better. They tend to be more into the activities then the guest and will often take a guests spot in said activities.

This property is not on the beach, you have to walk along a pathway past another pool to get to the beach.

At both pools, there was music blaring extremely loudly all day long. I asked several times if the music could be turned down just a bit and maybe two times they complied.The snack station offers, hotdogs, hamburgers, and other bits, but the condiments, especially the mayonnaise is all out on the counter all day long, unrefrigerated. This is a recipe for disaster. I mentioned to them several times that they need to keep those condiments on ice and a couple of times they did, but most of the time it was at room temperature . The beach is filthy, dirty and not enough lounge chairs most days there were only eight lounges and four umbrellas out.Not nearly enough for the hundreds of guests. This hotel is at least 40 years old and it shows. The room smell like mildew and there are no safes in the room unless you ask for one and they happen to have one available. The towels were nice and fluffy and clean and the maid service was great. It’s an extremely budget basement establishment. They offer no premium liquor except for Bacardi. The tequila is terrible. The gin tasted like rubbing alcohol. The only saving grace was the wine Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon. I was extremely disappointed.

The all inclusive was really good including food, beverages, snacks and coffee!! The pool was in perfect temperature all day.

The facilities were divided by the street, I didn’t like that if you decided to be on the beach pool side, then you needed to go across for the restaurant or coffee, it was too much back and forth, besides there is no elevator for the rooms so is a lot of exercise. The drinks were not so tasty. The pillows were too hard. The cleaning lady took our towels even if we didn’t put them on the bathtub plus didn’t replace them, we had to request them. Additionally there was an special event during our stay, and we were not able to use our special dinner, and even if the event wasn’t attractive to us, all the service was going to be there.

The staffs at the hot pool beach never came to us asking for drinks or snacks but did pass by other guys and served them well.. it really made us feel so uncomfortable and uneasy. the same goes with the speciality restaurant the waiter was so much in a hurry that he didnt even allow us time to see n choose from the menu, before we finish our main course or half way done our dessert was already served , he just left the dessert and went.. we wish we didnt have gone there to spoil our evening experience

Friendly staff, good options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Excellent options for a coffee and tea room; delicious soft and alcohol drinks available. The location of the hotel is great, close to the beach and the city centre.

The bath tub was very old, cracked and looked dirty. I couldn't have a different room due to the full occupancy at the hotel. Also the white curtains in the sliding door had many stains on it making it look old and dirty. The wardrobe doors were very old and damaged the same as the bedside lamps. The telephone to call the reception did not have buttons to press and the A/C unit was not warming, only the cold air worked properly. A negative experience lived at the breakfast room on our last day, one of the waiters at the breakfast time did not provide me with an order of tortillas I requested him for my breakfast, after finishing my breakfast I told him I no longer need the tortillas, his unprofessional attitude towards my request was nothing but less than careless.
