Pros +
- Room was clean, staff was friendly, breakfast was simple toast, cereal, oatmeal juice/coffee, but loved having a waffle maker. Pool was clean & great to use on a hot afternoon. Close to RTA bus stop, was perfect to get back & forth to the Jazz festival.
- The gated parking lot
- The price was not exactly low, but acceptable.
Cons -
- Area is is industrial and residential not close to restaurants walking distance but taking the bus to get to other areas of New Orleans worked out great.
- I did not get room service the second day I was there. There wasn?t anyone at the desk when I checked out. Anyone with my card could have dropped off the key card and check me out.
- Room was not clean. Towels and linen were dirty and found hair on them.
