Rooms are old .The air conditioner smells like urine. The building is definitely old. I was cat fished on the building set up I don’t like rooms that you walk from outside into the room

The rooms were ok. The bed was comfortable. The outdoor balcony had not been cleaned there was cigarette butts and trash on our table. Also the air conditioner in the room did not work well.

The elevator was small and the property could use some updates. Also more attention to detail by the cleaning staff.

Our family experienced a secure and pleasant stay at this hotel, which also offered excellent value. We recommend Room 208 for its exceptional features. The staff provided outstanding service and demonstrated exceptional courtesy. We stayed for three nights due to my wife's surgery at the university hospital. We highly recommend this hotel and anticipate a future return.

The accommodations provided a comfortable experience. Furthermore, the entire room was well-appointed. The hotel offers gated parking and convenient access to the French Quarter, with proximity to the interstate.

The price of the hotel was good. Therefore you don’t expect to much. Hotel was outdated and just a small breakfast, wafel, toast and 2 cereal flavors. Positive is the free secured parking.

No complaints, no issues there were nothing to dislike

My family and I stayed in two rooms that were connected, the cleanliness was good, the rooms were spacious, the sink has a mirror with very nice lighting. The breakfast is basic but good, it has a waffle maker, cereal, milk, coffee, oatmeal tea, sweet bread and toast with syrup, butter and jam.

I only do not recommend being outside the room since the heat from the air conditioners accumulates. Sometimes you can smell cigarettes.
