The staff is super attentive, the food and drinks are amazing and the location is perfect.

The hotel did not have hot water during my entire stay. I had to check out early and find other accommodations. The hotel ignored me when I alerted them to the water conditions.

Our room was beautiful with the ocean view, food was amazing. The hotel was very accommodating and family friendly. I also really loved that it was right on the beach.

Room was clean and the service responses were fast whenever we had called down to the desk. It felt safe and the location is great if you want to do some shopping to minimize eating out

we had searched for the hotel by looking for a single room that would accommodate 4 people and the booking only listed 2 when we had confirmed the reservation. we were forced to pay extra per night.

The customer service is excellent. They go above and beyond for you.

I can't think of anything. Maybe just have a bigger selection on their menus in the restaurant

The restaurants on site offer a variety of menu items depending on the day of the week. They are opening a new area for dining. There is an Italian restaurant on site but it requires reservations. There is also a 24 hour coffee shop with soup, salad, pastries and they make paninis on request certain hours.

They are adding on the hotel so there are intermittent construction noises.

Nice location

The servers was rude and community wasn’t very polite, no communication, welcoming, didn’t make food orders correct nor bring the right stuff when asked multiple times, drinks stayed empty during breakfast, lunch and dinner

Had a room on the 16th floor of the new, still under construction, tower. Very nice room with great views - both from the ocean side balcony as well as the mountain side walkway to the room. No issues with construction noise. Highlight of the stay however was the wonderful and friendly staff. Everyone we met was very helpful and went out of their way to assist us.

Property is a bit affected by construction but not in an unacceptable way at all. Will be fun to see what it looks like when the 2nd tower and pool/restaurant are completed.

Location, staff, cleanliness

The restaurant. I found the food choices limited and far too big. The food was ok but not terrific. I prefer a buffet at an all inclusive for a wider selection.

Food was good in outside court. I liked that they changed menu. Pleasant staff and hard working. The French meal at Luciano s was good but next night was not. Our butler Epi was great..

People left towels on lounge chairs when not there so there were not enough lounge chairs. Young guy at reception desk a little rude when we asked questions. I booked two rooms together months in advance to be next to daughter and I was on ,,5 she was on 12th. That was very disappointing.

Shower never got hot. The microwave need updating and every amenities given had to be order through the main staff.

It was in a great location and food/drinks were delicious. The staff was one of the best we have seen and we have stayed at many all-inclusive resorts.

Only reason I did not give a perfect score on the review was because our whole section of the tower did not have hot (or even warm) water for 3 days of our 7 day trip. They are doing construction on one of the towers and that construction messed something up with the water temperature.

Food was decent enough. With a bit of variety. Buffet breakfast was poor though.

Construction is going from like 8am to the evening every day.

Excellent facilities, great food selection, very helpful and courteous staff, several nicely maintained pools, good bar. Hard to beat, especially at this price.

Guests were “reserving” pool chairs at 7am with their towels and other belongings, but they were not using them until the afternoon or sometimes all day. Hotel should do something to discourage guests from this practice to let those who actually want to be by the pool have access to seating.

Good beach access. Decent food. Comfortably rooms.

Required me to pay $700 for an additional person even though reservation was made for a room for two people. All but one staff member was rude. Sneaky methods to sneak money out of you. For example, connected to premium WiFi by accident and was charged despite immediately disconnecting.

Incredible staff that were very friendly, attentive, and helpful. They truly made the experience incredible when travelling with my wife and our 4 month old son. The atmosphere at the resort is also great. Good location in downtown with some great taco stands nearby and a short drive from Zona Romantica.

The resort is a little small but directly on the beach so that helps.
