The room was in need for repairs and the balcony was about 1foot wide and not usable

The location and beach is amazing. White sand, great shade under the palm trees. Staff were hard working and quick to meet our needs. Lobby staff gave great recommendations for places to go. The room was very clean. Tropical feel was fun.

The food options were not the greatest. The buffet was repetitive and lacked the quality we've seen at other comparable resorts. The pool area food was not good.

Food quality is not good. Not many options for vegetarians. Bathroom sink drain is worst.

The location was nice, was a private gated community.

Horrible service, no WiFi in the room, dinner food portions were too small, rooms by the Garden are always so noisy . This was more like a 2 star hotel.

1. Wi-Fi do not work in room only in Lobby 2. They didn¿t clean room the next day. And didn¿t give new towels 3. Room was very humid that my medication melted 4. I was never told that if I booked only 3 nights I can only have one dinner reservation

I loved the location and the activities. It was the perfect location and the ocean and beach were amazing.

Though I loved the girl who did their VIP sell to us, I hated doing it. Felt a little pressured to do it. It is a great opportunity. being a single mom, I felt bad I didn¿t have the money for it at all and could not work it into my budget at this time.

The resort is not large which makes for a short walk to the pool/beach. Beautiful blue ocean waters were calm most days. Once you walked past the seaweed,the water was soo clear that you could see fish swim around you - and you could walk pretty far out.

We had 3 rooms reserved for the weekend and they only let us reserve dinner at ONE RESTAURANT the entire time - we had to eat at the buffet or pool snack bar the rest of our trip-Food was ok.

This is a small resort with an amazing beach. This year (2023) was a bad year for the seaweed but the people from the resort did their best to clean up every day. The beach is large with lots of lounges and palm trees, no rocks at all in the water.

The smell of clorine in the room was really bad first day. I did not like the fact that there was no smoking allowed on the balcony¿.. I mean come on it¿s outside

Great crew and resort grounds are well maintained

The room is dated, beds are rock hard. Internet is completely unreliable. No bottled water, no face towels, no straws are things to bring. Restaurants are booked before you get to the resort so expect to eat at the buffet first 3 days.

El equipo de animacion del hotel es lo mejor, sobre todo los de trapecio.

La comida es regular, tanto la del buffet como la de los restaurantes, que por otro lado a la hora de hacer el check in ya no estaban disponibles para ser reservados. Tratan de venderte la membres¿a, los mejores servicios solo est¿n para los socios.

Bed bugs, staff by pool not too friendly, pool was always a problem, a little outdated, food was below average, upgraded room was below average.

Dinning options are very limited, very difficult to obtain a la carte dinning reservation, staff not very attentive, poor customer service, particularly rude waiter at one of the dinning experiences

What I like was it had good security when you went in you had to go through a security gate and there was private security on motorbikes patrolling and people walking day and night there so everyone seemed safe. Other than below staff was nice.

Security guard at gate wanted my driver's license before entering. Front desk clerk took too much time in registering others and allowed one person to cut in front of us. Only main buffet was available to eat. No free mask for customers if one was needed

Coffee bar was great. It wasn't hard to find a beach chair. Food was ok, nothing spectacular. Overall I think it was a great value for the price.

good experience feels safe beach is beauuuuuutifful food is not the great but still good we went as a family so it was a diferemt experience than when you are single nut we truly enjoyed it I will recomend suites where clean and spacious thanks
