- Food and beautiful beach are tied for first place
- The location is nice, quiet as expected, very nice ocean view upgrade was worth it. The pool and jacuzzi were ok. Coffee at the bar was very good. Guest service staffer from Mexico was very friendly and helpful. Free bikes were nice.
Cons -
- One person working at the water sports spot was rude. Needs to learn how to talk to guests. Otherwise the staff was incredible we had an amazing time.
- Room was not “garden view” awful awful room. Food was a joke, only got one reservation.
- It was out dated, a member of the wedding party had a horde of roaches come out of the shower drain when they turned on the water. The buffet was the equivalent of a high school cafeteria. Couldn't get a reservation at any of the restaurants. Terrible

Food and beautiful beach are tied for first place

The food was "ok" 5/10 sometimes 6/10. Coffee at breakfast was awful. The special dinner on 12/25 was 8.5/10 as I would have expected it to be to whole time. Appeared unprepared for 100% holiday occ. Staff is ok needs work, a few highlights, but lacking.
