Food and beautiful beach are tied for first place

One person working at the water sports spot was rude. Needs to learn how to talk to guests. Otherwise the staff was incredible we had an amazing time.

Room was not “garden view” awful awful room. Food was a joke, only got one reservation.

It was out dated, a member of the wedding party had a horde of roaches come out of the shower drain when they turned on the water. The buffet was the equivalent of a high school cafeteria. Couldn't get a reservation at any of the restaurants. Terrible

On the beach, felt safe

Front desk staff were rude. Only able to book 1 night a restaurant for your entire stay and then only buffet for every meal the rest of your stay. It doesn?t state that in the hotel description.

The location is nice, quiet as expected, very nice ocean view upgrade was worth it. The pool and jacuzzi were ok. Coffee at the bar was very good. Guest service staffer from Mexico was very friendly and helpful. Free bikes were nice.

The food was "ok" 5/10 sometimes 6/10. Coffee at breakfast was awful. The special dinner on 12/25 was 8.5/10 as I would have expected it to be to whole time. Appeared unprepared for 100% holiday occ. Staff is ok needs work, a few highlights, but lacking.

First, they gave me a room in which the air conditioning did not work, the floor completely wet and the sheets stained. We changed the room and the towels were stained and we found 2 cockroaches and other types of insects in the room.

Surely staff, poorly prepared food, room and facilities poor construction & repairs, mold in bathroom, toilet not working properly, not sealed to the floor, staff never came to fix, 4am unruly customers 2 nights in a row, rat in restaurant, and more.

This hotel is the worse all-inclusive I've ever stayed in. No room service, buffet was mediocre, and couldn't get reservations for for any of the on-site restaurants. Would definitely not stay here again

I had the worse experience at this hotel.For as much as I was charged the amenities are trash. Couldn't even get a reservation at the on-site restaurants for my birthday dinner. The buffet is not that great, served mediocre food. Everything was overpacked

The staff where nice, water down drinks poor interataimen, the show was not good at all. Dance floor was not full at all. People didnt care to be there. I will not be going back to that hotel. The ¿¿ bees where out of control all over the hotel.

The hotel is run down. The rooms where out dated and run down. Upon arrival we had to call the front dest to change the bed sheets because it was stained and soil. One of the pillows has mold on it. The towels also had yellow stains on them

Good and on time entertainment, very friendly staff when it was necessary. Some have already fallen in to the robotic answer modes. But still very on point.fairly good activities offered at the location.

I paid for a premium room and endnup on a good location first with a damaged air conditioning. Now at the hotel and in the middle of my vacation i was forced to settle for a room at the back of the resort, very uncomfortable specially after paying.

The location was excellent with a beautiful beach and amenities. The staff were friendly and most of the food was very good! Everyone went out of their way to make us feel at home. Hotel employee were the best!!

We had difficulty getting towels for both rooms despite letting housekeeping and the front desk know. Some of the food on the buffet and on beach bar was not good at all but still plenty of choices.

The location is beautiful. The beaches with crystal clear water. The people of Freeport are amazing despite everything they have endured after a devastating hurricane

The food was very good each day even though I only stayed 3 days. The property was very clean and the grounds were very well kept. I felt very welcome upon arrival at the resort. The only negative is that there was no hot water. Overall I was pleased ¿¿

The ocean and the location. Also, the location is very relaxed for people only want to sleep and drink a lot of alcohol because now during pandemic not everything but almost all activities are closed and it¿s only one special restaurant for weeks.

The ocean room not complete my expectations because the furniture and blankets was terrible ¿¿ some things had things owner. The food not had a lot variety and what¿s a little bit too. The hotel says is bilingual but some employees not help Spanish p

Location, views the water was beautiful and it was very peaceful.

I reserved a king sized bed but was given two queen beds. When I inquired about not having a king size bed as I had reserved I was told ¿that is only a suggestion¿. Strange being the resort was no where near capacity.

The staff,except one at the reception,are excellent,the Guest Service crew,,exceptional,.The entertainment at night is good,overall the activities in the theater.The Bar is good.The employee¿s attitude in the Restaurantsis excellent.

The person in charge at the reception was impolite and inefficient,she assigned the room late and not ready.If you request anything,do not expect nothing until you reach guest service..The hotel needs some touches up,like extermination of insectes.

We were told we had to pay for extra guest when we booked 3 rooms for 4 people. I also asked for room close to dive shop because we were there for diving and our equipment is extremely heavy. We were placed in the farthest building facing trash dump. We

We were placed in horrific rooms, no towels or shampoo, next to trash dum and sewer. I waited 2 hrs to check in Bc they refused to allow 3 people in 4 person room. Charged me and extra $126 for a person. The food was horrible!! Rotten Food at all meals!!

The entertainment staff was amazing. They did great.

When we arrived it was dark and the front desk staff were less than inviting. We went to the buffet and we were greeted with dirty tables and floors. No where to sit either. We we not given any sort of a daily activities schedule until I asked for one.
