Leonardo Royal Hotel Munich

It was very disturbing that the bathroom door is a loose glass sliding door

It is a very good hotel in Munich. Not very close to city centre but only 15 minutes by car. Room is large and nice. Comfortable beds and large bathroom. There is a bar and restaurant at the ground floor. There is also a secure parking. Recommended.

Please put double blanket for a double room not two single ones.

Everything was perfect — great location, clean and comfortable room, and very friendly staff. The reception handled our issue professionally and kindly.

The safety box and TV remote control didn’t work, but after we informed reception they compensated us with one night of free parking, which we appreciated.

very bad noise isolation from another rooms. locking doors on the flat no privaty in the bathroom and toilet, especially relevant for couples. glass door that separate the room from bathroom which doesn't close fully. one of us were in lobby when another needed own privety.Netflix and YouTube mentioned as available, but they wasn't

I had car trouble. My battery was flat. The staff were all very very supportive and helpful. It was freezing but two people came and helped jump start the car and I was able to get home. Thank you

Great location, helpful staff and comfortable beds.

The room had a weird smell to it, felt very congested. Had to air it out by opening windows when we checked in.

Very bed experience , third bed was for child not for adult. Staff is extremely unfriendly. They took deposit on arrival 200e which is not written anywhere

Stains on my bedside table. Told the staff to have the room cleaned everyday but they didn't.

Clean, comfortable hotel for travel to BMW world museum near by.

Location is ideal to all attractions with in Munich. Metro stop is just few meters away.Breakfast options were good. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

The staff i had contact with was very disrespectful and partly showed some racist attitudes. I live here for long know such individuals very well. Though he was very young but unfortunately having such instincts

Clean

No heating system for 3 days. Hotel staff did not bother to change the room, not even to ask for 3 days how was stay. On 3rd day electricity went off because of mobile heater they provided temporarily. Embarrassing, shame on this hotel staff overall. Asked a lady at reception where I can get panadol since got cold, her answer was “check in google”.

Great rooms and a wonderful lobby and gathering area near the bar..

Its location is slightly isolated but Uber drivers were plentiful so trips into the centre were made each day..

Big and comfy room, great location (near U-bahn). Kind and friendly staff. Breakfast with a lot possibilities to choose from.

The breakfast is wonderful as is the maitre’d Trans. We enjoyed that part if our stay the most

Sauna area for non Germans a bit unwelcoming with naked man with legs spread open fitting directly in the entrance
