No pool, no hot tub: hotel should update profile and photos to reflect current operations, very disappointing for the kids. Kitchen is nice to have but no dishwasher means not clean and questionable sanitation. Kitchen in poor condition. tv not working

Have a young family and there is a nice park across street with shallow pool and playground.

The hotel was clean and staff were friendly and extremely helpful. We were given free breakfasts during our stay. We enjoyed eating at the hotel restaurant. Great food and staff. We liked how close to our family the hotel was located.

I did not like the floral air freshener used in our room. I have asthma and allergies and have a difficult time with fragrances. I needed to rely heavily on my medications to help me with my breathing during our stay.

The hotel was quiet and the front desk was very friendly and easy going. Paid for a cheap, quick 4 nights while transitioning to a new home and honestly came away from the stay feeling like a crook because of the value!

The appliances were very outdated and the room had a minor musty smell.

Beautiful, large, immaculate room, perfect pool and hot tub, quiet safe neighbourhood, nice view and beautiful park next door. Amazing staff and very nice continental breakfast in lobby on New Year's Day.

Suggest creating a small fenced dog walk area, then the inn would be perfect!

Staff were amazing. Room was great, very comfortable bed.

Needs to have more options for continental breakfast, like a bowl of fruit or oatmeal. Pool area could have been a bit cleaner, still clean enough to use.

Love the location and the restaurant. The portions are huge and prices very reasonable.

Hotel staff were over eager to clean the room before we checked out. Again we had no wifi. Signal wasn't strong enough. We had the problem when we stayed there last week and asked this time for a room that had it.

Wifi was too weak to use. I needed to use it for travel info and had expected to. I had to by a map instead and used my data plan instead. I had to pay for extra data use.

There are a lot of amenities there. The pool was great, and the food tastes amazing.

We stayed here for a night while family from our of town was in the hospital. They were very accommodating with a last minute, unavoidable cancellation of a follow up booking. It meant a lot at a stressful time.

Very friendly staff. Checking in was easy. Great selection of snacks in lobby. Cool game room.

Shower drains slowly but not a big deal.

Very clean. Comfortable beds and pillows. Ample free parking available on the premises. Convenience store at the reception. Very comfortable for a night's stay.

Our room didn't have a microwave and there weren't many cooking utensils, plates or cups. We didn't end up needing them as we only stayed for a night, but it would be good to have more of these for longer stays.

1 BR "Suite" was very darkly lit. Shabby and Old., and the staff did not know where it was located on the property!

The staff service was exceptional. We travelled to Kamloops with several friends and family members who also stayed at Scott's Inn and Suites, each member commenting positively on the service. The entertainment area on site was a great gathering place to bring the whole group together, with lots of seating, games and a kitchen area. The beds were very comfortable and rooms clean.
