- What I viewed in their Web site was totally different than what I experienced at their property. Staff were unfriendly and customer service was unacceptable.
- The staff were amazingly helpful in all aspects, and the hotel was just in a perfect location. just a five minute walk to the River
- Location....very close to two Subway stations

- I didn't like being put across the street when main hotel was on the other side

Walking distance from city center. Clean, efficient staff, delicious breakfast. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who plans to stay in Wiena.
