Novotel Paris Saclay

Staff was great. Food very good. Best breakfast in our 3 weeks of travel.

The HVAC system was not working in our room. In viewing all the HVAC vents in our room and in the hallways, they were plainly very soiled. Swiping one's fingers on the louvers, the grime came right off on one's fingers. Pretty gross. I tried calling the front desk on our room HVAC and the night attendant hung up on me.

The hotel is in the middle of nothing, only residental area with zero shops and attractions.the hotel rooms decoration and walls very old the ceiling is too low,

it is not a good ratio for price/quality, unfortunately. the cleanliness is not at an acceptable level and the water drains into the bathroom and the room during the shower! absolutely unacceptable for "4 stars"!. Unfortunately, the hotel can be categorized as 2 stars.

Breakfast was very nice. Staff was helpful. The room was good.

I guess if one travels for work in certain industrial or agricultural areas where this hotel is located, it is fine. I booked it by mistake for my travel to HEC Paris. The hotel is far from everything and requires a car.

The place is comfortable, nice and clean. I had the pleasure to stay for 5 days. The restaurant is also very nice

The price is a bit expensive than expected for what you get

Breakfast was tasty and there was a sufficient choice of food. We were pleased that the hotel restaurant accepted guests for dinner without the necessity to book a table. The hotel and restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful.

Location (if your business trip is in Plateau Saclay)

Two receptionists manage to do the same error and charged 2 times for the same breakfast. I have tried two times to request for a correction of the error (via direct email and the All Accor site) and the only thing that they did, was to send again the same erroneous invoice. The amount was trivial but it's really frustrating that the back office doesn't even sent a prompt reply.

Fantastic location and facilities, (including free pool towels), friendly staff and amazing food.

It would have been nice to have more vegetarian food options.

The hospitality of the staff. They gave my daughter a marvelous birthday ?. The breakfast was good and healthy. The ganes for the kids even when the weather was bad.

Dinner choice for kids was very good. Dinner choice for adults was not good. Lunch card was the same as the dinner card for adults. Lamb was almost only fat.

Restaurant tables for 2 people too close together so there was a lack of conversational privacy. We also had a man on the next table watching a film on his phone on full volume!

Staff was nice although they could sometimes have been more focused (forgot my drink orders, manners could be a bit improved...)

No good breakfast. Staff was so hurry in the morning. The restaurant is closed over the weekend, and no food is available . The location is very dull. Overall, stay is not worth for the money

Breakfast very poor - Staff explanation that there was a very number of guests does not justify a poor breakfast. in fact, that does not encourage me to stay again at this Novotel.
