The staff was excellent. Management helped me with several issues I had.

I was blindsided by a resort fee and a deposit. I prepaid for the room so I could enjoy the rest of my money. The extra fees should have been disclosed with the price quote. The extra that they took caused hardship for me.

The room had a blocked view

The room could have been cleaner. There was dust inside the cabinet

A lot of renovation and construction happening. Many restaurants, Starbucks, front desk, amenities are under construction

The staff are really professional and very helpful. There are plenty of food services and makes very convenient.

The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The reservationist provided us with a room with a beautiful view.

The pillows were a little soft for my liking.

Less crowded than hotels on the strip. Everything needed is nearby and it's easy and quick to get around.

The rooms are in need of updating, but we understand it's coming soon.

It was clean and well staffed; everyone was friendly and helpful.

The sheets and towels were very low quality for the room price. I found them to be scratchy and there was no comforter, just a thin blanket sandwiched between two scratchy sheets. Additionally, bed was not made one day of my 3 night stay.

Outside of the crazynes and crowd of the Strip.

It did not have a coffee pot. (Or anything to make coffee)

Small casino. Walking distance to MGM. But looked very different in the pictures. Would spend more money for a better experience next time.

Location, had a mini fridge

Filthy room , no bottle water available , all shade on pool all afternoon, drain plugged in shower, no toiletries , so dirty, white stains on recliner chair and stool, yuck !

Quiet, comfortable, and we had the entire pool area to ourselves for most of our stay.

It would be nice if they cleaned the carpet between the parking structure and the casino and also in the casino as it absorbs the smoke smell and it is evident when you walk through those areas.

Shops close too early. Ie. Food, gift shops. No place for quick sandwich (Subway) or pick up water/drinks for room. (Gift shop) Room on 8th floor. NO coffee maker available! Front desk advised to pick drink up on casino no floor!
