We were made so welcome. The new owners,Greg and Jackie were superb hosts.
Excellent continental breakfast. The owners also run the B&B and they are very friendly and attentive. Location is good for visiting places of interest. Our room was spacious with plenty of hanging and drawer space with a comfortable king sized bed
There isn't an eating place in the village for lunch or dinner but there are good pub/restaurants in adjacent villages only a mile or two away.

Would thoroughly recommend to anyone.
The hosts, Greg and Jacqui could not have been friendlier or more helpful, with excellent suggestions for what to see and do.. The location was great for access to King's Lynn and the coastal resorts of north west and north Norfolk, as well as many other attractions inland. The continental breakfast was delicious and just what we like. Our room (family room) was spacious, well equipped and spotlessly clean.
The guest house is situated on quite a busy road, and the traffic noise is such that we felt the need to keep the windows shut at night. This solved the problem as they are double-glazed, and there is a fan to keep the room cool should the need arise.
