The entire hall smelled of cig smoke not just the room and locker on door wouldn’t lock from inside obvious damage to door itself where it had been messed with

Location is close to hospital where relative was staying. Breakfast in the morning was helpful.

When booking, we were not told that there was construction going on and that the fitness center was not available.

A hotel concierge made an unauthorized charge on my card. However, I notified corporate and she grant me a stay at another hotel for my troubles, so I'm good..

The hotel apparently had a sprinkler malfunction and was under significant repairs and renovations. It may be a good hotel when it is finished. There was no business center, gym, or ice machine available.The lobby was completely out of use.

See above description. Construction was everywhere, but the hotel room. Drywall dust was in the hall, plastic sheeting was up. No amenities were available, not even ice.

Room was clean and quiet. No smoke smell. I had a non-smoking room but have been burned in the past. Hate sleeping in an ash tray. Many good eats in the vicinity.

Shower pressure was a bit weak (wife would have hated it) and could not get the shower water above medium warm. But assume there are water temp guards to prevent scalds.

Room nicely laid out with a number of amenities. Many restaurants located close by. Breakfast, included in price, was good and had many options for a pleasant meal.

Great location, staff was great.

They really didn't have a breakfast waffle maker broken. Fridge in room didn't get cold.

The fact that they tried to charge me saying I smoked in the room and I don¿t smoke at all. I noticed they did this to another guest as well.

TVs locked can hook no devices tv so your stuck watching the crappy cable they have

The friendliness of the hotel staff. The size and cleanliness of the room.

It was quiet and very clean.

The microwave didn't work.

King suite is lovely and spacious. Furniture is very nice and bathroom is also very nice. Have stayed multiple times and will continue to stay here.

Breakfast food was sometimes not restocked when items got low/were out.

The staff was very helpful and courteous. They helped put in every way, we evacuated from Hurricane Irma and they made things much easier to cope with.

The customer service - we had an issue with the beds being too tall for one member of our party. The staff went out of their way to find a way to solve that problem.

The only issue was that the toilet was too low to the ground and was uncomfortable to use.

The food for breakfast was good.

You can hear everything through the walls and ceiling. Air and heat didn't work properly~Room 100. Should be a thermostat on the wall. The housekeepers are nice but the front desk staff were less than pleasant.

Staff was amazing!

The window had something smeared on it, there was hair in the bed & the soap dish still had soap scum in it. The breakfast bar was put away about 3 minutes early each day with no apologizes & no attempt to offer food to those who came down or those still

Location was great for us. Staff was so friendly and helpful.

On check out day, the TV was shut off at 9am but check out wasn't until 11am. A knock on the door at 9:30am by housekeeping wanting to 'turn the room', "I'm sorry I thought you were already checked out. How long will you be?" Can you say "Rushed"?

The staff was helpful and the hotel was clean and great price for a summer trip.

Very clean, friendly staff, decent breakfast, Waffle House, Sonic, and Golden Corral nearby and close to highway.
