Personal was unpolite. Extra bed for a kid you need to pay extra. Breakfast should be better for a 4 star. Cleaning person came after 17 o clock afternoon.

Comfortable and located near city center.

Pool was cold.

I liked room size, terrace, location.

It wasn't clean enough, there was a fridge in the room not working, breakfast was poor, coffee machine in the room didnt have coffee..... It is not 4 star hotel.

This hotel had a fresh smell, which is a big advantage. In the mornings they let the fresh air in the corridors, I think it’s a very good idea. The room was clean and well equipped (there’s a lot of space for your travel bags). The bathroom is a little bit outdated, but it was also tidy and clean. The breakfast was delicious. The hotel is situated in a quite and calm area, close to the city centre. Over all, I can recommend you this place!

It was cold in the room and the hit didn't work.

A bit too hot in the room. Made it hard to sleep. the termostat was not working to turn down the heat.

Breakfast very good, positioning, quiet place

The room was spacious and clean, featuring a comfortable, large bed, a balcony overlooking the inner yard and parking lot, and a direct view of our car. It also included a refrigerator. Communication with the staff was excellent, and the breakfast was good, with particularly delicious "salată de vinete". Free parking was available, and the hotel is located in a quiet area, about a 20-30 minute walk from downtown.

Everything is great. The breakfast is excellent, the staff at the hotel is friendly. We arrived at the hotel on New Year's Day, the staff found us a club to celebrate in, the room was huge, everything was clean and fragrant. There was always parking.

Very cosy and big studio room perfect for families - parking is available if you have a car.

One of the male receptionists took a lot of money from EUR-RON exchange(1 EUR = 4 RON). Also he was not helpful when asked about anything and was always in a bad mood.

Great entrance ,nice and luxury place ,big rooms with balcony ,nice swimming pool

The problem is that the hotel is amazing at the entrance and reception area but the rooms are nothing like that ,needs a lot of refurbishment ,the shower worked very bad and wasn’t as clean as it should ..they need to refurbish full the hotel as they charge a lot for a night

The staff was very kind and provided us with anything we needed. The room was large and spotlessly clean.

Everything was perfect.

Breakfast was fantastic, they had the basics in good quality but also a lot of Romanian specific delicacies.

For such a small city, location was off, not close to anything if you wanted to go on foot.

The pool was very nice. Clean and big enough to take a swim. The room is so big and it gives a good feeling. We enjoyed beeing in the room. Very sweet and helpful personal. Nice breakfast. I liked the vegetables and the fruits very well. I recommend staying there!
