Very nice friendly staff. Location is great.

Bathroom needs attention as shower head was dirty and shelf loose.

Great location with staff who are all lovely and friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lovely. I’m looking forward to returning sometime soon.

The location is brilliant. Right by the sea, close to the town centre.Room was clean and very comfortable.Breakfast was lovely, with a great choice of hot and cold options.

Room and hotel in general was very hot.

Water pressure for shower was terrible. Shower cubicle too small.

Friendly staff, the staff are fantastic. great location.I’ve stayed here twice now. This time on the third floor where I found the bed a nice firm mattress, pillows the same a little too soft. But for me the third floor was much better. Overall the room seems to be set out more comfortably.Breakfast and service is great.

Unfortunately my tv didn’t work, I was here for one night just on work. So it wasn’t too bad the internet working so I could my phone.

Location is central, overlooking beach and sea.Close to many restaurants. Staff welcomingLovely bedding and towels.

Great location by the coast, building v pretty, not too expensive. It is a 5 min walk to the Tesco express and the major bus terminus point is 2 mins from the front door. No issues with maintenance etc

It's old like dated, everything felt at least 25 years old. But not in a particularly timeless way. Almighty din from the band playing downstairs and they carried on so late! You have to leave keys with reception or they have no idea if you are in the building or not. No way to deadbolt the room door???? Room was oddly shaped/arranged and I had a view of all the extractor fans out the window

Bed mattress was very lumpy and uncomfortable

Easy check in. Clear and prominent location. Breakfast was good. Kippers available. Although a coach party was staying it did not affect the service at breakfast. The breakfast room is large enough for all guests.

Having a single room, i ended up atv the back of the hotel and there were a lot of stairs. The room was between floors.

Location is ideal, staff are excellent. Breakfast was superb !

Shower in our room was old fashioned bath mixers and when someone else used water the shower went extremely hot or cold, really needs updating !
