Me and my fiancee used to love this hotel. But sadly, not sadly this will be our last time staying here. Entering our hotel suite we instantly noticed dust on the walls and ceilings and the suite did not smell fresh. There is an odd aroma. There were also debris on the hardwood floors. Walking across the hardwood floors and carpet barefoot is a no-go the floor feels disgusting. The carpet in the bedroom is worse you can tell it's never been shampooed. The legs on the furniture in the living room we're leaning and loose. All the furniture look like it came from a thrift store. We were left with one frying pan for a 4 day getaway. We were celebrating my fiance's birthday and I had cooked him a big dinner it took me the whole day to cook because of only having one pan and it was a Sunday so the front desk was closed no one was there to help. I had to make baked mac and cheese, stuffing, mashed potatoes, fried cabbage, baked a whole stuffed chicken and baked cornbread. With only using one pan. We had to go to the dollar store to buy more supplies because it shouldn't have taken me the whole day from the morning to night to cook his meal. This was very disappointing and frustrating. The bathroom toilet has a yellow ring in it I don't know if it's stained or just wasn't cleaned. What was really disturbing was the mattress. Normally we check the mattress before bringing our belongings into our suite. We strip the bed of his blankets and investigate the mattress. To my surprise they do not have a full bed bug protector they only have what looks like a white sheet that only covers the very top of the mattress. After investigating the top of the mattress I noticed on the side of the mattress that there were blood stains. The blankets had holes in them. They also had dog hair on the blankets. When me and my fiance will get out of bed we will have dog hair on our night clothes. We also had a problem with Wi-Fi.
