Sheraton Brooklyn New York Hotel

Very good location, metro nearby. Many stores and restaurants nearby. Good area in Brooklyn, safe, quick access to Manhattan.

We stayed over December holidays and the rooms were very cold. Heating was not working and it was a common problem also in other rooms. Reception was helpfull and we were given a portable fan heater and an extra blanket. However given the cold outside and central heating not working, the portable heater was not strong enough and only helped bot freeze. Good staff and services, clean, great location, but hotel infrastructure really needs to be renovated and installations fixed. Low standard for a Sheraton.

RoomThe room was comfortable, clean, and quiet, which made it easy to relax after long days exploring the city. The hotel is just a short walk from the subway, which made getting there from JFK very easy and getting into Manhattan or other NYC neighborhoods quick and convenient. I really enjoyed staying in downtown Brooklyn—it felt less touristy, calmer, and more relaxing than Manhattan. There were plenty of affordable food options nearby, plus a supermarket right across the street.BreakfastI didn’t extensively use the breakfast options, but having food available on-site was convenient.

Location, big rooms comfortable beds.

Reception desk lady her name stars with" LA" was very rude and her customer service was very unprofessional. Even, for a simple question I was asking her she was very poor responsive.

The front desk staff were excellent. The room was spacious and comfortable. The doorman were exceptionally kind and accommodating.

I was charged for internet despite my reservation identifying my Bonvoy membership. Evelyn at the front desk remedied this quickly at checkout. The property didn't live up to it's star status. Club lounge was stripped of everything that elevated a stay as a Bonvoy member. The room was vacant of adequate beverages (scant soda and water), coffee machine not serviced and dirty. Was forced to purchase coffee. Snacks inadequate with some green apples and apple granola bars, termination of continental breakfast. The were water pressure issues making showers challenging and not enough towels at check in.

The room was clean and comfortable. The location is great. The staff were friendly and helpful. Staff were so friendly and the elevators were efficient.

The storage space in the room was very limited. It would be nice to have a shelf or two more for clothes.

Location is perfect. Close to subway, shops and cafes.

Breakfast was with very poor assortment. The hotel charged me twice and it took several days to make return.Tap in the bathroom was leaking and was not repaired even though we informed reception immediately.

The room facilities were amazing, easy to find and access, good location and well communicated by subway and bus. Lots of shops nearby and friendly staff. Gym amenities are really nice and all the facilities are clean.

The housecleaning could have been a bit more thorough but It was okay overall. Elevators at peak times a bit cramped, but manageable, they move fast so you can get the next one.

Location, you have everything you need nearby, metro stations, supermarket, pharmacy, banks. Room size was very comfortable.

The hotel is outdated, old, it could stand some remodeling especially for the price.
