Sheraton Brooklyn New York Hotel

Convenient to where I was going to be. I liked the coffee bar just off the lobby. Room was clean.

A bit hard to find along the street at nighttime when I was arriving. Mattress a bit soft, but still comfortable.

The staff was very friendly and the location for what I needed to do was perfect.

Danny was very helpful and pleasant.

The location/subway close; shopping, and activities, find parking garage before hand as I was quoted $--- night with an hour wait for vehicle. I parked at a parking garage And paid less than $80 for three days no in and out used trained for transportation.

Yes, they only give 2 towels i have to keep calling for extra towels. Also requested for the 2 rooms to be at least closed to each other because we were family came in for our aunt funeral. have the rooms one on floor 16 and the other on floor 24

Staff was very nice and accommodating. We had an A/C issue which was addressed immediately and taken care of.

The room was great except too much heat and it could not be turned down, so I spent the whole stay with window open & street noise. I was there on business, the location was perfect for my needs.

The lobby is shabby and the restaurants were terrible, but there are other options in the neighbourhood.

The heater did not work and maintenance could not fix it and it was 13 degrees outside. A very uncomfortable experience.

It seemed as if staff wasn't prepared to handle the check-in, as I couldn't get into the room until well after 3.

The TV was not working, no internet, they took 500 dollars from my account, 250 for each night, they said it was a procedure will be refunded immediately I check out, they are yet to do that, have called several times and they stopped picking

Room was never cleaned or restocked, Floor was not vacuumed so it was gritty and you had to wipe feet off to get into bed. Shower head had one functional setting of a narrow stream of water. Promised call from manager to address these never came.

Convenient location

No bath towels. Not brought up when requested during shower. Delivered later. Constant request for restocking room on daily basis. Coffee restocked, no additional cups or creamer.. No answer on phone to Room Services. 50% of desk staff seemed unhappy.
