It was so close to the beach and there was an excellent view from the upstairs rooms
Price point and location
Location across from Jennettte's Pier. Parking and access good. Price very good for a cottage with full kitchen.

Cons -

Yes! They used way too much artificial fragrance in the rooms. My eyes stung and I had to open the window and door to air the room out.
Found some hairs in shower.
Beds a bit soft for us.

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable.

I would like to have had a broom in the room - to keep up with all the sand we brought in from the beach. Yes I could have gotten housekeeping to do it, but I would like to have swept up 1st thing in the morning. That's just me. :)
