No elevator and I am handicapped and had a room on the 3rd floor!

The air conditioning was horrible. I left early on the third day since every night I work up due to the high humidity in the room and the sweat. Will not go there again no matter the price.

Great location and mostly ok. However, they really need to hire more than 1 housekeeper especially during peak season. It has the potential to be a great place.

It was so close to the beach and there was an excellent view from the upstairs rooms

Yes! They used way too much artificial fragrance in the rooms. My eyes stung and I had to open the window and door to air the room out.

Location across from Jennettte's Pier. Parking and access good. Price very good for a cottage with full kitchen.

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable.

I would like to have had a broom in the room - to keep up with all the sand we brought in from the beach. Yes I could have gotten housekeeping to do it, but I would like to have swept up 1st thing in the morning. That's just me. :)

Dirty sheets and towels. Rickety stairs to room. Smoky smell

This hotel has nice upgrades like granite countertops and tiled floors and bathrooms.

To be clear, this is a motel experience. The only window leads to a walkway, so curtains were drawn most of the time. I would have loved more light.

Multiple flies in the room. A small live roach on the bed, under the sheets! Stained sheets pillows and towels. The size of the shower. The tv on the wall was mounted so high it butted up against the ceiling. Need say more

Cleanliness- dusty headboard, dust hanging from the ceiling.

Room very humid. HVAC couldn¿t keep up with heat and humidity. Bathroom and shower very small. No desk staff when we checked in.? Had to use video kiosk to check in. A little confusing. Have stayed here before years ago and things were better.

Stairs.... Was not informed. Had to climb 4 flights of stairs. Am Disabled. Was not fun...

No redeeming qualities about this hotel.

Wi-Fi didn¿t work, front lobby was a virtual kiosk, hotel staff were rude when I asked about the status of the wifi. They blamed me for the wifi not working and refused to move me to a room where the Wifi did work. 10/10 would NOT recommend.

Locations was ok

Noise was above rooms kept up for first two nights, third night moved to top floor and dog barked until 2am. No one is at front desk after 8pm to address any issues. Probably worst experience I ever had at a hotel.

This place needs a complete overhaul
