We normally don’ t eat breakfast.. usually leave to early in The morning… but .. I will say the beds are very very comfortable.. always get a good nights sleep..

The rooms do need a little upgrading.. carpets should be shampooed more often .. other then that rooms are clean..

Room was quiet, AC was almost too cold! Bed was comfy. TV was huge- thank you.

Bathroom was not clean, floor was not mopped, rug was not vacuumed. Paint chipped on the walls.

The location was pretty good.

Upon booking, a request was made to have my family have rooms close to each other. When we checked in to our adjoining rooms.. THERE WAS ALREADY SOMEONE ELSE CHECKED IN TO THE ROOM and had been there for TWO MONTHS! Everyone was confused. We had to be split up. Our new rooms were dirty, not vacuumed. Trash under the beds. There were hairs in and around the toilet… the toilet didn’t flush properly so every other time it was used we had to open up the tank to manually flush. Shower was horrible with water pressure. The bathroom doors didn’t close properly and skid across the floor every time to close. The day we checked out the bathroom door LITERALLY FELL OFF ITS HINGES!!! Bed sheets were stained, walls were dirty. Pool had some weird white stuff growing on the walls next to the water fall feature. Staff was not welcoming and seemed annoyed when we needed extra towels or toilet paper. It was also always annoyingly hot in the hallways, like 85 degrees for some reason? We will NOT be staying here again.
