The location was very good

The beddings were messy, room had a musty smell, bedding were also ripped. Staff at the help desk was very rude.

Absolute dump of a hotel…no redeeming fearures

Damp, chemical smell…under renovation…unfinished room, no hot water

Breakfast

The pool was gross. There was hair floarong all over and you could see what looked like an oil slick across the top of the water. The chlorine smell was irritating to the eyes and nose.

Room was large and spacey

We arrived without hot water. Then there was a storm with tornado warnings, but the staff didn't seemed organized or orderly as what to do. They shut the elevators down. We had to walk up and down 5 floors. No safety plan in place.

The staff was nice

it was dirty in the room and there were no extra towels. The floor was cracked and the door knobs had dust and bid up on them

The night staff was rude and did not provide any assistance on giving toothbrushes or shaving kit, she lied saying we don’t provide them. The next day morning when I was discussing this with the day staff she said we have them and shared it immediately

Location and staff great

Wifi out both times I stayed there which was 2x over a week - unacceptable for me as a business traveler. Also only one elevator functioning but understandable as they were waiting on a part

There was a muggy / moldy stench throughout the upper floor of the hotel. This was so strong that I could smell it in my luggage even after getting home. Most likely this was coming from a dirty HVAC system. Unclean carpets, stains on walls.?

The staff was nice and the room was fine.

The smell of carpet cleaner in the hallways and rooms was overwhelming and will cause a headache even if you are only a little sensitive. They used Dove big bottled soaps and shampoos in dispensers which were tampered with or just wrong.

The hotel is very clean and the staff are all very friendly, especially staff who works the front desk. I stayed for the week and it was definitely one of the best Holiday inns I've stayed at.

First of all, I loved the location off of Bay Area Blvd. Easy access to all the restaurants here. Second, the hotel itself was clean and ready for our stay! We will be staying here again in the future!

Location

No complimentary breakfast with stay. Called and requested mobile bed due to a party of 3 prior to arrival. When arrived there was not mobile bed in room. Had to request again. Bedding was not in room for sofa bed. Had to request bedding.

Hotel employee was the best! He really made my stay enjoyable.

No hotel security and parking lot area in the back of the hotel was dark. All of the front parking was taken.

Courtesy, comfortable, convenient, peaceful.

Extra cost for breakfast. Family having a reunion hanging out everywhere. Not hotels fault.

Just the location, really

When we arrived, staff had already checked someone else into our room so they had to boot him out, turn the room over, then we could go in. Pool is super tiny. Our room had a gross smell the whole time.

The unprofessional behavior displayed by  a manager at the hotel. I was assigned to a dirty room on arrival & then reassigned to another room with lighting & power outlet issues.

The staff got a crib for the baby. That was a nice gesture and quick thinking. Hotel is at the prime location with all necessary amenities and a lot of eateries near by.

Room was smaller than expected. Kids/adults running in the above room made a disastrous night. Air conditioner was leaking water on the carpet.

Spacious and clean room.

It will be good , if the hotel can also provide toothpaste and more vegetarian options in breakfast.

The location was great. The lobby was clean. The room was nice and spacious.

When I called down to room service for extra towels. I never received them to the room.

Great location, clean room and friendly staff. This is my new place to stay when I am in the Houston area!!
