- Wifi out both times I stayed there which was 2x over a week - unacceptable for me as a business traveler. Also only one elevator functioning but understandable as they were waiting on a part

- There was a muggy / moldy stench throughout the upper floor of the hotel. This was so strong that I could smell it in my luggage even after getting home. Most likely this was coming from a dirty HVAC system. Unclean carpets, stains on walls.?
