The amenities, the comfort of the bed, the room size! Would definitely recommend and we will also return on our future SeaWorld trips.
The sofa bed was a little dirty with no fitted sheet on the bed but the flat sheet and blanket did the job just fine. There was a soap left behind in the bath tub from previous occupants, but not a big factor just an annoyance.

The room was clean. There were plenty of towels, and I loved that the suite had 2 bedroos.
The trash cans are too small.

The staff is so friendly and helpful. We have stayed at this hotel multiple times and love it.
The shower was a little backed up.

It wasn’t very good. The location was good.
The carpet was stained. There was long hair left on the shower walls. The ice maker did not work and the phone did not work.

Excellent service. Clean rooms. Great breakfast. Great staff, very helpful friendly would definitely recommend this to family and friends. Seaworld was also amazing, and the shuttle service to inform priceless also front desk service amazing, as well as maintenance and all staff here.

Our room had the view to sea world and we were able to enjoy the fireworks. Hotel is awesome, high maintenanced, worth every dollar
