Great location relative to beach and town. Clean. Friendly staff. Nice, open lobby. Good value for price.

It's a suggestion:The hotel could add some lines on their tennis courts to turn the courts into multifunctional courts - tennis courts and Pickleball courts. There're a lot of Pickleball players among the travelers nowadays.

I miss having shade palapas on the beach. I would prefer to sit in the shade and read a book for part of the day, and swim in ocean or pool. At present there are curtained beds along the beach. I prefer palapas with lounges.

I loved the staff, location, and tourist attractions you could add on at the hotel.

The hotel was packed. Some of the other guests were rude, drunk, or both. At one point the pool area near the swim up bar smelled like puke. Guests would constantly spill their drinks into the pool. Walking to my car there were dead roaches in parking lot

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Our room was great! We have stayed at the Emporia many times.

We had a mountain view which was very nice, but there is a nightclub across the street and actually back at least 2 blocks. Its music is VERY loud from about 11:00 to 2:00 at night.Not the hotels fault,but ocean view would be more quiet.

Everything in this place was horrible, rude staff ensured to make my family feel unwanted.

Music too loud at the pool.Noisy at night when trying to sleep.Windows in the room were dirty.Paid for junior suite with two single beds, but ended up with regular hotel room with two single beds.The rooms need to be up-dated. Fridge not very cold.

I had a double booking!!! Same dates . NO HELP FROM BOOKINGSNOR HOTEL!!!!! I’m so disappointed
