Krystal Grand Los Cabos - All Inclusive

The location was great and the beds were comfy.

Food was awful—hardly edible. Service from restaurant staffers was really poor. All the alcohol is extremely watered down as is their coffee. You’d be better off going non inclusive and buying all your food and alcohol so it’s quality! Will not return.

The staff was amazing

The online view vs actual was different. There are 3 different lodging options but when selecting a room, that was not clear.

the staff was extremely helpful and kind! Hotel employee was our concierge and he made sure all our needs were met and we always ate at our preferred restaurants.

Every day, they were short on beach towels, which were old and looked like rags. They didn't have enough seating around the pool and didn't provide any seating on the beach. The service at the buffet was painfully slow.

It?s a complete ripoff. Avoid it as much as you can.

The relaxed feel and location

It was extremely load in our room early in the morning due to work or garbage vehicles

The hotel's grounds are amazing. Also most of the hotel's employees were very nice, professional and attentive.

The rooms need a lot of updating. We left one day early because of the A/C noise in our room. The fan was making some metal noise that did not let us sleep well The food sucked.

Easy to access everything once checked in

Charged literally double the price for all of the rooms. Tried to charge me additional taxes at checkout. Restaurant wait was extremely long, after they assured us it would not be.

Staff was incredibly helpful and super nice.

For the price I paid even after upgrading the phone in room didn?t work, sliding door was broken which my room never was at a pleasant temperature because of the humidity and my belongings were always wet.

There was a loud fire alarm that came on 3 days. Room service is terrible ,they didn't respet my reservation and wanted to give me a room in a different building across the street.

The public area is big; especially the pool area, the servers and staff are friendly. The three out of four restaurants has limited menus but food are decent.

Beach location is not swimmable, too dangerous. The pool are entertainers were too loud all day long with events and music (not relaxing). The adult pool area has a few shaded areas. The room toilet & shower had little pressure and didn't flush right.

I love the view of the beach and the room was nice and almost had everything we needed.

There were things advertised on the website that was not true. There was no 24/7 room service and the room service was not included. They wanted another $15. No food access after 10pm is crazy. Also pools were not heated as advertised.

Staff. Understaffed, however staff was excellent considering what they had to work with.

Resorts restaurants, Food C- Inconsistent quality/poor to medium. Understaffed housekeeping services very late. 6 am alarm to get poolside lounge required. Bad guest behavior not curtailed. After 6 yrs not return or recommend.

The staff was great and there was an adult pool.

Road noise made sleeping almost impossible and we had hot water only 2 of the 5 days. Resort could use some updating.

The room was clean, comfortable and had a spectacular view from the balcony. It exceeded our expectations overall. The service in the a la carte restaurants was very good, as was the service from the waiters at the pool. Some went over and above.

We would have spent more time on the balcony, but there was no outdoor furniture on it. The service from the wait staff at the breakfast buffet restaurant required much patience for coffee or water. Chairs by the adult pool were very scarce after 8 am.

Rooms very spacious, comfy bed, nice decor. Staff was very attentative, friendly/excellent! On the beach. Pools were great! Mini bar well stocked. Plenty to eat/drink. Beach was nice.

too far from city-can't walk to shop/eat. dangerous swim in ocean/you sit at pool/drink & eat that's it. Boring. food was okay. Meat at 2 eats was terrible! No good music by pool until DJ showed up noon.Not enough loungers at pool!! Say senior community!

Even though it is all inclusive, the food options were somewhat cheap.
