Pros +
- The location was great and the beds were comfy.
- The staff was amazing
- the staff was extremely helpful and kind! Hotel employee was our concierge and he made sure all our needs were met and we always ate at our preferred restaurants.
Cons -
- Food was awful—hardly edible. Service from restaurant staffers was really poor. All the alcohol is extremely watered down as is their coffee. You’d be better off going non inclusive and buying all your food and alcohol so it’s quality! Will not return.
- The online view vs actual was different. There are 3 different lodging options but when selecting a room, that was not clear.
- Every day, they were short on beach towels, which were old and looked like rags. They didn't have enough seating around the pool and didn't provide any seating on the beach. The service at the buffet was painfully slow.

The location was great and the beds were comfy.
