Clean, quiet, and great staff.

Nice location

Mattress was thin and covered with plastic/protection which makes it uncomfortable and sweaty. Bathroom with toilet and glass sliding doors in the middle of the room and in front of the bed is a disaster.

Our dog was warmly welcomed with food and water bowl

Superb location, facilities and breakfast with top professional team. Thanks for making it a great stay! The nearby public transport and park, just a pleasure to be there.

The air-conditioning could have been cooler/ colder, we'd have appreciated the ability to really cool the room during peak summer days.

The location of the Lago is very nice next to the park and the river Donau. The hotel is modern and clean. The restaurant "Treibgut" is very good, if you get a place.

The hotel believes, it is your duty as a hotel guest to make a reservation for dinner at the same time you make the reservation for the room. If the hotel has an event, the hotel does not believe, it should inform you in advance of the event and that the restaurant is full. Since the hotel is a distance to the city, it is not always convenient to go there by car for dinner. The reception staff gives all responsibility easily to the guest. For me - catastrophic attitude and service in such a hotel. If I book a 2-star hotel, fine, but not there. If you finally find yourself in the Bistro for dinner, service could not neglect you more and if they turn up, training is surely missing. I watched a couple leave the place. Service has zero interest in making you feel comfortable. I cannot recommend it.

Beautiful setting. Friendly and comfortable room.

Event music was too loud too late. Had I known I would not have booked. Hotel should have warned me ahead of time that there was a ‘loud’ event. Restaurant food was average and over priced.

A waiter pretending restaurant is full so as a 1 person I get given the worst table near the kitchen door saving the better tables for larger parties.Dishonest

The Wifi in my room was not very strong, had to work downstairs in the Lobby

❌ The lake is quite small—don’t expect Swiss Alps scenery❌ Some inconsistency with parking rules, as some guests park right by the entrance despite restrictionsOverall, a nice spot for a one-night stay, especially if you're looking for a relaxed space outside the city.

Just missing basic information in the room, about breakfast, check-in & check-out hours.

We chose the location because we were traveling with our dog and it is set within a park. The park is beautiful. We loved the location. The spa was very nice as well and had a small fridge with refreshments which was a nice touch. We splurged on the breakfast one day and it was very high quality. The outside deck on the pond was a beautiful place to have a meal. Location was also very convenient right off the tram.

Unfortunately, there was a full scale carnival outside the hotel that was very loud. Our dog was quite scared and we could not walk her for more than a few minutes at night- wasn't the hotel's fault but beware in the summer as we chose it because we thought it was quiet for our nervous dog and that was not the case. The receptionist was quite rude when we showed up with a dog as well. He said we were supposed to tell them in advance because only certain rooms are available for dogs. He was so unfriendly I thought he would turn us away but in the end, he didn't. I had seen pet friendly and thought we would have no issue. Very easy to oversee the fine print that you must inform them in advance. Other staff were more friendly fortunately. Aesthetically the hotel is very German in its lack of refined interior design but was that to be expected.

Great facility with modern and comfortable rooms, close to the river - direct access to the park and walking areas. Friendly staff. nice view from high floor rooms.

No dining option in case of late arrival after 21.30
