The water park and amenities were absolutely amazing!! Along with the events that the resort put on for fun pool side activities! Location was also very convenient and close to everything. We will definitely be back!!

Our hotel room smelled like very damp, wet, mildew.

Location to Disney parks

Punic hair on the towel in the bathroom. Outlet on the right side in the master bedroom did not work. No response when calling front desk. And no USB ports upstairs.

Beautiful suite. Very comfortable and clean. Definitely met my expectations. I enjoyed the pool and waterpark. Taking pictures at the various photo drops. My husband and I had a wonderful day. We would definitely be back again.

All the activities for both kids and adults, including water slides, Lazy river, Big pool, Pool side Bingo, Basketball and Volleyball, poolside bar, good mix of music by pool.

Floors could have been a lil bit cleaner in the room.

Floor was so dirty in the room, no housekeeping. No security, no shower curtain in the shower, called reception, never got one.

Would not let the children pass footballs in the pool even when they were the only ones in the pool. Pool hours were not conducive to activity.

The rooms were dated, but functional. Check in process was a bit slow.

It was spacious and comfortable

The charged me $134 for the pet fee, which I was not told beforehand. The villa was cold and when I called the front desk for assistance since the thermostat needed a code for the temperature to be changed, the staff was not helpful and was rude.

The hours for the waterslides. A big reason we went with this hotel was the waterslides, but we never got to try it because they were always closed during the time we had set aside for the pool.

On the weekend it was full of Energy and fun for adults and kids and love love the music playing and the Lazy river and hot tub and all the activies for the kids.and i cant forget the foam daddy. Perfect!!!!

The service when you call for something like Toilet paper or paper towels or a pani waited 1hour 45 mins i had to call again and they took 20minutes

Staff was ok.

Room is outdated and smell moldy. Screen outside was broken.

Amazing value, we really love the two-story townhouse style rooms and the lazy river.
