Great stay! We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, close to restaurants, shops, and main attractions. The room was clean, comfortable, and well organized, with everything we needed for a pleasant stay.The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was very welcoming.We truly enjoyed our experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Pool, waterside, lazy river, and hot tub! Friendly staff. Pool bar with some grub. Two-story townhouse with plenty of room for a family of 4, and pool towels provided, plus washer and dryer... very convenient.
The townhouse feels dated. It was fairly clean but needs a refresh.

Everything was great! My daughter celebrated her 13th birthday here with a few of her friends. They had an amazing time! The resort’s location is literally within walking distance to shops and restaurants and Disney World is just 5-10 minutes up the road. Its “rooms” are offered in the form of 2-story linked villas, which is somewhat unique to the area. The property is well maintained and very clean. The staff are friendly, professional and accommodating. The attached water park (4-story slides, lazy river, large pool, aquatic play area, jacuzzis), large game room, various other offerings (rock climbing, tennis / pickle ball court, batting cages, etc) spread throughout the resort, offer families lots of things to do. In addition to the pool bar, there is also a coffee shop in the lobby area. The Recreation team offers an ample array of games and activities at the pool, especially on the weekends. Our contact and experiences with the Front Desk, Recreation, Housekeeping and Pool Bar staff were extremely positive, as stated.
We had no issues whatsoever. My one request, is that perhaps in the near future, pillow top mattress could be offered.
