This is a really lovely property. Nice rooms, great proximity to the station and surrounding attractions of helsingør, Louisiana and forests.

Pretty pricey even in the off season… and then you have to pay extra for the spas

There was a very loud party one evening which made it impossible for us to sleep. When we asked (after midnight), there was more an explanation why that was and it sounded like we had to take it. No „sorry“ from the staff or any proposal for remedy. The room was very dark and I did not like the style. All in all not bad, but definitely not worth the high price

The hotel is not dirty, but the bathrooms should be cleaned better.

Luxury setting of manor house style buildings in relaxing grounds with free car parking. Easy 10 minute walk to shore for refreshing change if scenery. Good location to drive the rest of the Jutland coastal towns & harbours, palaces & Hamlet's castle . Breakfast tasted delicious as well as a beautifully presented wide choice. Appreciated complimentary carafe of water in reception.

Better lighting in rooms. Would have preferred opportunity for sorting & recycling rubbish in rooms rather than corridor bins.

Room was good and spacious. The breakfast was very good. The garden and outside spa was very attractive and it was good to be able to also use the spa downstairs.

The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was delicious, great choice of fresh produce.

There was no aircon/fan in the room and the black out curtain didn’t fit the window which made the room very bright when trying to sleep.

It is not good to have unqualified personel in such hotel. They took 2 times for room cost. Then after apologised. In the morning I heard that they also took double cost from me as rented room was for 2 people. Totally unbelievable. I wrote 3 names but paid for 6 people. Never again!!!

Beautiful hotel and rooms, amazing breakfast served and staff was always friendly and attentive. Also the surroundings of the hotel are beautiful and green to enjoy a quite time, close by is the sea side where you can have relaxed and inspiring walks.They have all food options in case you any dietary restrictions (in my case, lactose and gluten).

The sauna facilities were not as good as we thought they would be, we were expecting more, still the time there is enjoyable, although most of the sauna is in a basement. In total there is 1 outside sauna and 3 indoors saunas (max temp is 75 Celsius both inside and outside). 3 Jacuzzis in total (max temp 38 Celsius), 2 outside and one inside.
