The room and breakfast was amazing

Staff very good. Room clean

Air conditioning broken and shower poor

Cleanliness was great.

Bed very uncomfortable, pillows made of paper it seemed and for the price no mini fridge with stock inside is very poor.

The room was very comfortable and Nicky in the breakfast room and Matthew on reception were superb

1. Check in was very disappointing. Neither receptionist seemed to be interested in us as customers, unlike Matthew who checked us out2. The hotel refused to honour a quote for June which we had been given in November on our last visit by a receptionist who no longer works there3 The atmostphere in the lounge/bar area on the Friday evening was completely ruined by a party of 9, 4 of whom were unruly children kicking a ball about completely oblivious tothe needs of other guests. THe staff did nothing to stop it although I did sympathize with them because no doubt they would have been accused of racism

It had a bed

There was a lot of noise from a football crowd. People were drinking in the hallways. Staff then refused to help me with a parcel which had been sent to the hotel. Very poor service.

Clean and good location

The ambiance of the hotel didn’t feel welcoming.

Beautiful hotel, clean and comfortable. Good location and close to a wedding venue I was attending.

The rooms are cool at first but warm up well if you give them time

The room was comfortable

Half the staff were friendly half were not. The hand rails on the steps on the landing was not sufficient to stop my pensioner mother from falling and hurting herself, they were too flat to the wall nothing to grip onto.

It was good looking

The night manager was helpless and rude.And they host wedding parties and you can hear the whole party in all the rooms, imposible to sleep

Room was extremely comfortable. Great shower bathroom facilities. Extremely clean and comfortable bed.Great space.

Service at the restaurant was poor, when stating on the dinner inclusive menu it seemed a oh here you go attitude. Paid drinks- second night waited 15 minutes before being acknowledged to pay, no one came to ask so went and asked myself. When paying the member of staff took 5-10 minutes before coming to acknowledge me- then walked off waited a further 5 - 10 minutes. Gratuity was added for the value of the entire meal. Was not asked whether i was comfortable with this. Questioned it and was told it was a service charge. For what i deemed poor service. dining time was approx 5:30-6pm when there were 2 maybe 3 other guests eating. Was not busy at all.

Room was very comfortable .Did not stay for breakfast as we thought it was expensive. Enjoyed evening meal on night of stay , lovely food .Would stay again in future as location is convenient for meeting our friends . Staff very friendly and helpful, good service.

Disappointed that no bottled water was provided in room or biscuits to go with coffee which other hotels provide from our experience .Room was rather cold as was dining room .Did not stay for breakfast as we thought it was a bit expensive.Disappointed that we had to pay to park the car in the hotel carpark.

The greenery and privacy of the facility.

Staff members weren’t very friendly and when approached for water bottles, they barely cooperated.

Room was cold, expensive for what we got for our money, £8 parking is disgusting when you pay enough for the room, why do we need need to pay for parking? It should be free! Food was tasteless, watery and not a great menu choice, seeing as the bar was open until midnight the drinks menu choice wasn’t that great and had no real atmosphere

Clean, modern room. Really good location.

Pillows are way too soft....fussy I know. But a choice should be available. The beds are amazing, and some different pillows would make it better! Building is dated.

Shower could be more powerful, very slow especially first thing in morning.

The food was delicious. Vast choice at breakfast and food was hot unlike many other hotels we have stayed at. Service at meals prompt, staff courteous. Bedroom quiet, warm and cosy.Shelf accommodated 2 cases which also not provided in most hotels. Lovely large TV. Relaxed atmosphere in hotel

Beds rather hard but topper supplied when requested. Only one small drawer, very little storage space and fake drawers by beds disappointing! Room a little small but adequate. Shower not powerful. Music in lounge area repetitive and untuneful. Disappointing no swimming pool, contrary to a Living Well description on line.

Clean room and good shower. Lovely towels and bedding. Breakfast selection was good and check out at 11am appreciated.

The hotel charges £8 per night for parking - on top of room rate - even though there is. I option but to park in their car park. I requested the ‘extra large bed’ option when going through Booking.com which i was told via message had been approved. And was then given a small double in a room overlooking a flat roof and the car park.
