The hotel is great and very unique as it's converted from an actual factory. Everything is new and modern. The bathroom was pretty, the room was functional. Bike rental is possible, but you can get to the city easily by bus, too. The bar/brasserie was cute and perfect to start our day with a coffee (we didn't order breakfast). The reception and specially Nina was amazing, very attentive: we are usually pretty independent but had difficulty to find an emergency pharmacy- they helped us to find it. There are some restaurants around the hotel so even if you haven't had dinner in the city center, you can do so next to the hotel.

The bed was (I think) too soft so caused a bit of back pain (4 nights).

Chic feel; large rooms, efficient shower, availability of parking

Parking possibly not very secure - easy access from the street. Room air-conditioning blowing some strange smelling air and not easy to operate. Beds hard and not comfortable. Only hand soap&shower gel&shampoo, all 3 in one. Noisy shouting people at night. Very small waiting area a the reception, nowhere to sit down - waited 10+minutes for checking with a person with limited ability to move around.

A funky location. Clean, comfortable bed, plenty of plugs and good lighting. Fairly roomy room but only one 'comfortable' chair for two people. Friendly reception.

I felt the hotel relied on it's name to excuse the absolutely minimalist decor and furnishings and rather cold atmosphere. Shower soap but no lotion and the sink was too high to use comfortably (if you're short!!!). Absolutely no extras except a bottle of water. Rooms are accessed via an outdoor corridor - ok in the summer, but I wouldn't be too keen in winter. Breakfast is extra as is parking!
