Waldhotel Nachtigall

Staff are awesome, room is extremely clean, food was wonderful

Loved everything

Quiet location and beautiful scenery.

They closed the lobby area for Christmas so we couldn’t spend time anywhere inside the hotel besides in our rooms.

Very clean, pleasant staff, room had everything needed, and breakfast was plentiful.

„Waldhotel“ name was a bit deceiving, but still a most pleasant stay.

Lovely staff, good breakfast, has parking right outside, spacious and clean rooms, pet friendly (easy access out to the garden in the back as the rooms have their own back doors), good food at the restaurant (the sweet potato gnocchi was lovely!)

facilities in general & breakfast exceeded my expectations.

room wifi signal is poor.

Very clean and fresh. Excellent breakfast and good WI-FI.

Would have preferred tea and coffee facilities in the room .

Extremely clean, comfortable.Free parking and a great location.Very professional staff.

I cannot find any faults.

My family use this hotel every single trip we make to Paderborn. Simply because of the staff. From the reception team to the catering team every morning - polite friendly and always Willing to assist with every demand. Overall, a perfect hotel with a perfect team.

Nothing - we enjoyed it very much.

Everything was exceptionally clean and well maintained - so much so that all looked brand new.I arrived after check-in had closed but they made special provision and accommodated my request.Lots of parking.Super breakfast - and a pot of coffee on the table (which I really appreciated).Staff were very pleasant and efficient - e.g. no problem getting a company invoice.

I cannot think of anything that could have been better.

the breakfast is exceptional with very friendly staff on the reception and in the catering area

had to ask for ketttle in room and there were no coffee tea milk sugar in the room

Nice room

No hot water in the morning and the stream was poorCannot write the correct invoice even it was agreed with a personel prior

Clean hotel friendly staff, delicious breakfast

The mattress was a little uncomfortable

parking at the property, included in the price.quiet locationlarge rooms

I requested adjoining rooms. we were given a room on the ground floor and one on the 2nd floor. After we discussed, this situation was adjusted. The non-existent gym, although it says on the booking that there is. It was explained to us that it was a booking error!Slightly outdated furniture.

Beautiful hotel in a quiet area despite being close to the motorway. Breakfast was good and the staff friendly, interested and welcoming. Would definitely come back if on this route again.

Location is perfect

Staff wasn’t very friendly or interested. Didn’t even greet you when you walk in.

Lovely hotel.Welcoming Staff after a long trip.Comfortable, clean rooms.Breakfast Plentiful.Perfect location for our trip.

Nothing of note.

Spacious, modern, free sweets!!

A shame the bar and restaurant weren’t open

Very well maintained and clean

Easy free parking, nice breakfast except the coffee was prepared in advance and served in a vacuum jug

The room was very clean and comfortable.

Given that our visit was at the end of November, beginning of December the hotel was quiet and so the restaurant and bar were only open for 3 days in the week.

Location is superb. Breakfast excellent. Staff very helpful. Our second time of staying here.

One thing would be a kettle in your room for tea and coffee making.
