Staff was friendly and courteous.
The room was in need of repair with a rusty shower that had a loud, high-pitched sound while in use. There were cobwebs in the corners and peeling wallpaper in the king room. We mentioned using the indoor hot tub, and it was available for use, but it was filled with grey water, soap suds, and black mold on above the water line. It smelled musty and I couldn't see the floor of the hot tub, and the stairs were green, so we did not want to use it, even though it was running and available for use

The pool and jacuzzi and the location.
The room I stayed in (#302) needs some maintenance and cleaning. The carpet needs to be shampooed because it is dirty. The ceiling needs to be painted because it shows stains in different places. The wallpaper is peeling off in places near the ceiling. The outside walkway needs sweeping and the trash (litter) needs to be cleaned up. There are a lot of dead leaves and other debris in the walkway weeds in the flower garden areas. This could be a great hotel with proper management and regular cleaning cleaning and upkeep.

It was a good location and decent price.
They did not offer a free breakfast. They charged $12.50 per person for a hotel style normally free breakfast. Also hated the bath soap and shampoo in the shower. It was the worst shampoo I have put in my hair. Also the conditioner was empty.

I like that the room was very clean and had no issues with noise or bad smells. I would recommend this hotel to others.
