Restaurant & Design Hotel Noem Arch

The hotel was very convenient. The room is big and comfort. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast was very good. The location is convenient. The manager of the hotel takes care of everything. He helped us with our rental car, and solved the problem by taking it to a garage by himself with kindness and without any charge.

Deluxe room is really nice. Beds are really comfortable, perfect for sleeping before going on long drive. Parking and breakfast are already included in price. Bus station is 4 min away from hotel if you want to go to city center.

Great breakfast, smaller room but for really nice price, very kind and helpful staff.

Air-conditioned room, comfortable beds and a nice looking room.

There are bugs in the room, the shower cubicle is broken and the light bulb either turns on or doesn't and there is no food at breakfast. They don't report on a regular basis. And the manager states that I would give a low review to my problems and he is not interested.

Breakfast was delicious, staff were very friendly and rooms were clean and comfortable :) We only arrived late at night and took off in the morning so the location was perfect for us.

1, as a guest staying at the hotel, they do not offer free printing services and charge 3 Czech crowns per printed page.2, the room does not have an office desk, but there is a round table where you can place your laptop. However, you can place your laptop there but cannot charge it, which makes it difficult to work properly.3, the room size is very small, and they do not provide items like tissues or napkins.4,And one last point: The check-in time is at 2:00 PM, but you cannot check in even a minute earlier. However, at 2:00 PM, there was no one at the front desk, so I had to wait until they returned, and I could only check in after 2:10 PM. I arrived at the hotel at 12:30 PM that afternoon.I find it quite strange that a four-star hotel does not provide basic office amenities. Is this hotel only for travelers? And how can it be rated as a four-star hotel?

The hotel was as expected, breakfast was small but great and the bus station to get to the centre is nearby.

We asked for a room with a double bed, but were told only rooms with seperate single beds were available, which was fine. However when we came we saw that there were free rooms with double beds.

The suite was big and nice, enjoyed the high beds. Breakfast was also good.

Glass pane for the bathroom, so no privacy when you shower. Also the lights are very dim and some of them didn't work. Items did not get replaced during breakfast.

Excellent comfort, room temperature, excellent food - all very fresh and cooked to perfection. Plus very hospitable people which always makes a great experience. The event room is wonderful!

Room little bit smaller, location is not the best, if you miss dinner in your accommodation your only option is to visit restaurant in nereast hotel, breakfast can be more complex

Breakfast was delicious ! Hotel is placed in good location. Very nice and helpful personel.

The staff was wonderful! Our rental car wouldn't start, and they very kindly and competently helped us communicate with the rental company. The breakfast was fine. We really enjoy walking, and we were comfortably able to walk to Brno Center.

If you have a lot of luggage, consider that there's no elevator.

I would like more breakfast options, maybe some vegetarian options too, plant milk would be great, tv with english program would be nice

We had a smaller but cozy room. Parking included in the price. Tasty food and coffe in restaurant. Very nice and helpful staff. Close to the city ring road and highway. We recommend.

Little bit worse location but we expected it. Everything else was perfect.

Price for dogs is 20e and it isn't stated anywhere on Booking.com so don't be surprised as I was. Everything else was great ?

Clean room with soft beds and two nice pillows per person. The bottles of water provided in the room were a nice surprise. The breakfast had a good selection of options and the hotel was only 3 min away from a bus station that went to downtown Brno.

Passable

To be requested at arrival a safety deposit of 100 euros (or our credit card details!) for the case we would break or steal something... Not the best first impression.To have to ask for replenishment of food, cups and bowls at breakfast when the staff is not at all busy/working ...

Great brakfast, good location for travelers, safe car parking, good shower.
