Location. Service in the snack bar
We were on the ground floor (usually we stay on a higher floor) - there was too much noise, the beds very uncomfortable, the floor was very creaky (wooden) and we woke each other up when we went to the bathroom during the evening. Wanted twin beds but this was a double
