Hilton Garden Inn Ft. Lauderdale Sw/Miramar

Yes, it was the wrong one!! We wanted one in Miramar up by Panama, FL! So I paid for almost a whole week, and got no refund back on it! I just wish there was more warnings that there was 2 of them!! And your person needs to be fired.

The area it was in was nice

Yes several things. The lady that checked me had an attitude!! The room was awful. Hole in the wall. Chipped 🛁.The refrigerator had some time of mold growing or something around it.

The Peleton bike has been broken every time I stay there. 3-4 times in the last year. Also, I told the receptionist via text that the remote in the fitness center was not working on the first day I arrived. It was not fixed when left after 5 nights.

Staff was very nice, hotel employee at the restaurant was great! Good value for the room price and was close to where we were going for the weekend.-Century Village.

Hotel seemed a little dated and needs freshening up. Carpets were worn and soiled in spots and the room just felt like it needed to be gone through. Food quality was just okay. Had better at other Hilton Garden Inn's.

Staff and room

Didn't like paying extra for parking which I do not at other hotels in the area. Plus the other hotels provided breakfast for about the same rate.

This Hilton wasn?t a Hilton. It was way beneath quality expectations for this brand

Water pressure is so low you have to take a 1 shower to get soap off of your self. Toilets are so low you would have to pass the good knee challenge to get off of one.

The gentleman working on Friday night that checked us in went above and beyond has call of duty to make sure that we were satisfied and that we had everything we need. I had six rooms there that my friend Jonathon Simkins help pay for and everyone enjoyed

Rooms are not good.Came to know Property is old after checking in.we changed couple of rooms before settling .mainly due to rust and not cleanlynesss.

Customer service is poor. The rooms aren?t up to par for so much money. And I have yet to receive my deposit back.

The room was old and smell. The a/c did not work properly.

Hotel employee refused to speak with us and hid in the office. We had roaches in the room and they refused to re locate us and wanted to give us free breakfast for the issue. Went to bar and had to refil our own water, pick up food from kitchen window!

We discovered a roach in our unit and asked to speak with the Manager. We were told he was not on-site but would reach out to us which never did. We had a reservation at the same hotel 2 nights later and they were non refundable so we had to stay again.

The Roach issue and managements refusal to speak with us claiming to be on a "call" but was able to talk to the desk clears who went back in the office to talk with him while on this "call".

Clean, super friendly and attentive staff.

Farther from the airport than I would have liked and the pool wasn¿t heated

On one of coldest nights in Miami, I was given a room with no heat. I was in Miami for a New Years event. Due to the room issue I was unable to get rest after a five hour drive. Upon returning we were forced to stand in the cold 20 minutes for reentry.

We stayed a week here and liked the fact there was options for breakfast/Dinner and also a guest laundry. Things to do around the area which was nice.

Paint in our bathroom needed to be touched up and ceiling paint/particles would fall down in multiple areas. The maintenance person did fix the barn door, after I put in a request which was nice. Missing glass door in lobby bar. Updates needed.
