Very casual, great location

The pool and spa are in a different building that isn't connected to the main building. It was chilly crossing the parking lot wet.

everything we entered room false advertising we left and the hotel would not credit us anything moldy ceilings rusty lamps and fixtures dirty shower and jet tub absolutely disgusting and they charge $--- per night disgraceful!!!

Friendly front desk person

Disorganized, understaffed, nasty, mouthy housekeeper. Coffee was terrible.

It is not updated but it is charming. Location on the river is beautiful and within walking distance to downtown

The on-site restaurant was not adequately staffed because a server walked out so dinner did not come for 2 hours.

The fact that everything was there. Jacuzzi,pool,indoor heated pool,restaurants

Despite being told quiet hours were midnight to 8am?loud noise, loud music, and laughter at 2am!!

Very Dirty. Bugs in room. Hair on pillow before we even used the bed. Bed looked like it was slept on. No comforter on bed. Floors dirty. Never again. Rebooked elsewhere.

The entire hotel is long due to a major renovation.

The view was amazing. It was walking distance to town. The staff was very friendly.

The one thing I did not like was the walls are paper thin. We could hear everything the neighbors where doing and talking about. When I say everything I mean everything.

Everything else. The first room stunk like old mildew. It had a broken bathroom door. Spiders throughout the room. Dust came out the AC. Dark spots all over the hotub. Acoustical ceiling, you could hear everything, and smelled weed the whole time.

Rooms very outdated, floors were dirty, service minimal

We were pleased that the desk staff remembered us as I had left my hearing aids there on a previous visit. We loved the riverview room. As it is an older property the rooms are spacious. We also enjoyed happy hour on the river deck.

I couldn¿t stand the filthy carpet and dirty AC unit. The room on picture had clean non-carpet floor. I should have requested a room change or refund. I thought it can¿t be that bad considering how much they were charging. I was wrong.

This hotel was NOTHING like the photos online- absolute false advertising! Mold all over the bathroom, moldy and ripped lampshades, TV was half static, one bar of soap was the ¿toiletries¿ supplied, top of shower door came off and hit me¿ atrocious!

Just location

As a Motel, it¿s too Much Expensive, it charged for 3.5 to 4 stars hotel charge, but doesn¿t match with the hotel service, just provide for a normal motel service, old building and all facilities are old and lack of maintenance, Really Disappointed.

Location and WiFi were good

Cleanliness of the room was poor. There were bugs that bit me on the chairs that have clearly not been cleaned. There were spiders in our room and balcony and spiderwebs everywhere. Would not recommend unless really desperate. Disappointed.

The hotel lunch area was right on the water and had a beautiful view! They had a newer outdoor pool.

The location of our room/complex was land locked and surrounded by parking lot and boats. No view of the water. A Tournament being hosted there. I felt very uncomfortable as the license plates were from Covid hot spots and visitors were not wearing masks.

The location is pretty neat. Definitely needs updating think the after in hot tub time machine. I t seems to be part a larger property right on the waterway. The location does not make up for the negatives

Awful should never be even considered. The guy working the front desk on the day shift was the biggest jerk I have ever met. I worked for the government for 25 years and I know jerks, he's the king!Three days nevr found a maid to clean or remove the hair

It’s closeness to waterfront, shops, restaurants and boat tours.

The food at the restaurant was ok. Though the stuffed French toast tasted like it had shared the grill with other food. The indoor pool had a slimy feel to the water.
