Rixos delivers outstanding service and real hospitality. The staff are attentive without being pushy. The food is consistently high quality with plenty of variety, and every meal feels well prepared rather than mass produced.Special thanks to Alfonso and Aladdin. They set a higher standard with their professionalism, care, and genuine warmth. They noticed details before I even asked and made the stay feel personal.Overall, Rixos is one of the few places where service, atmosphere, and food all match the brand promise. I would return without hesitation.

Everything was great. The buffet food had a big variety and staff is nice and friendly. They upgraded our room to a junior suite for free! This property stays right on the beach for easy access!

Everything was great the only thing I would say is it is a bit older than Rixos Radamis which we split our stay between the 2. Bathrooms are clean but a bit out dated compared to Rixos Radamis. Overall, good property.

Buffet was great

Seafood restaurant was terrible Entertainment was horrible. If u are coming to see Egyptian entertainment this is not the place for u.

Night shows and entertainment are good

Food could be better, deserts were a couple days old, food shouldnbe brought up to the rixoa turkiye standartds, I couldnt swim most ıf the time I stayed because of the current stream and wind,

Coffee drinks could be better

I had a fantastic stay at Rixos Sharm El Sheikh! The staff were incredibly friendly, making me feel like a valued guest. The food was outstanding, with a variety of high-quality dishes that pleased every palate. My room was spacious and clean, providing a relaxing retreat.The resort's direct access to the Red Sea allowed for amazing snorkeling right on-site—truly a highlight of my trip!

The only downside is its distance from Naama Bay and Al Hadaba, so plan for some travel if you want to explore the local scene. Overall, it's a wonderful place to unwind and enjoy the beauty of the Red Sea!

Amazing hotel, perfect for couples vacation , they have the best vibes, the best services, the best employees, very delicious and diverse food with multiple restaurants, everything you wish is available, i highly recommend this hotel for your next sharm chikh vacation you will not regret it, thank you for everything.

I truly enjoyed the beauty all around. The clean and well-kept property, the luxurious rooms, the entertaining shows, the complete range of services, and above all, the warmth and kindness of the staff. Everything about the place was simply delightful.

I was hoping the beach would be better, but unfortunately there were no beach pools due to the tides and natural coral formations. In addition, the Turkish bath was out of service because of renovations. Considering the absence of both the sauna and Turkish bath, the value received for the amount paid for the massage felt less than expected.

The resort is amazing! We were provided with a room upgrade upon arrival. The room was fantastic. Tried 4 Alacarte restaurants. The Indian & Turkish restaurants offered that authentic experience and the food was perfect. We loved the fact that the staff are really good and the service to transport us along the resort is readily available. Numerous spots from the beach, pools, bars & Cafes to choose from. I would definitely visit again.

The hairdryer needs an upgrade as it is not friendly for us girls with long hair. I think the Italian Alacarte can do with an upgrade with the setting, and I think should have more Italian options on the menu. It should offer a more authentic experience. The Seafood restaurant was disappointing food wise. Beach is not swimming friendly which I can understand.

I spent a few unforgettable days at Rixos Sharm and truly enjoyed every single moment. From the moment I arrived, the service was impeccable, the staff were warm, professional, and constantly checking in to make sure everything was perfect.The cleanliness of the entire resort stood out, everything was spotless and well-maintained. The food was absolutely delicious with so many diverse and high-quality options every day. Even the golf car service was prompt and convenient, making it so easy to move around the resort.One of the highlights was the Aqua Park tour fun, thrilling, and well-organized, adding an exciting touch to an already fantastic stay.Rixos doesn’t just deliver luxury, it shows how much they genuinely care about their guests. They consistently asked for feedback and support to ensure every guest is satisfied.This is not just a hotel, it’s an experience. Highly recommended. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Everything. Venue facilities were fantastic. The pools were very clean, the beach was amazing. Various delicious food at the restraints were impressive. I would like to thank Mahmoud and Ali at the main reception, they were very helpful with everything we needed. Also, I would like to highlight the entertainment part, especially Dj Fela, who made our nights unforgettable with great music and fantastic energy. We will definitely come back again and again to the Rixos Sharm.

Everything is perfect, nice staff, nice food and amazing beach

Actually there was an issue with dinner reservations! I had to call for more than 6 times and visit just to confirm dinner, yet there was an issue. I do have a complaint about the dinner receptionist! He was rude! Not nice at all! He refused to let me in for dinner though I reserved! Then he offered the worst table, I don’t know why! However the guest relations representative Basmah has fixed it. She is amazing ? as well as Haitham, he’s a hard worker n nice

The Facilities are amazing, you can find everything you need. The Food is amazing in the main restaurants and the a LA carte restaurants. The staff is very helpful and nice.

Sometimes the music is loud when you need to relax for example on the beach

Most of the staff was nice. It is nice that we can use both hotels. Adult section is very nice and quiet, the Aquapark on the family side is excellent. Most of the slides made my heart stop. Food was okay but the restaurants are nice and unique. Also Basma was very helpful at the end. We stayed in the hotel after our checkout until our flight.

Some of the staff doesn’t speak English very well. If you know Arabic or Russian you can be understood but sometimes it is hard to explain some basic stuff. Also there are a lot people trying to sell trips and they are expensive. Always negotiate we booked a sea trip for 120 dollars initially it was 140. Maybe we could have booked it 90

I loved everything by meaning of everything in this facility. Starting from check the gentleman at reception Ahmad Zaki was very generous at moment of check in and provide me with excellent choice for upgrade. I should not forget Romio who add extra flavor to every moment I needed to have in house thank you Romio for being Romio. Food and restaurants are totally exceptional. I never had such a pleasant stay as this few days I spent in Rixos adult only resort. Thank you Basmah from guest relations and all staff for making those few days so memorable.
