Pros +

• My kids absolutely loved the billiards table in our family roomthey had a fantastic time playing both in the evening and the morning! The staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was excellent, with a chef preparing scrambled or fried eggs with bacon on request. There was also a great selection of high-quality breakfast items to choose from.
• Amazing 4 star hotel for a very cheap price compared to other even 3 star hotels! The staff is amazing! You can always cancel the room at the last minute if your plans change. The staff is accommodating in a variety of situations!
• Rooms with a theme are very nice. The location is ok and in summer this is probably a very nice place to stay. The outdie pool looks very nice but was not usable unfortunately to to the weather.

Cons -

• The breakfast is very reasonably priced for adults, but it would have been great to have a discount for children, as they tend to eat less.
• Room temperature was very high and the personell was not able to fix this. So we had to open the windows to lower the temperature. The restaurant was very disappointing. Just a couple of dishes and half of it was not even available. There were different menu's reached out some showing food that was not even server at all. The ordered food was very poor: The child menu (pasta) was just a very small portion of tagliatelle with some tomatoe sauce, not enough to call it a child main course. The child menu with nuggets were very greasy and also very small. The Vega Pasta main course was tasteless. Only the burger menu was ok. At the end we got charge 6,- for each glass of apfelschorle while this is on the menu for 3,50. For a 4 star Hotel the delivery was under performance and prices of the food way too high. I will not recommend anybody to go here.
