- Location is very good with a view on the valley, the spa area is super nice and the outdoor swimming pool is warm even in winter. We didnt use it but the gym was very modern and functional. There are several locations within the hotel where you can get free small healthy snacks, tea and water. The restaurant is good too. The room is cozy and has all functionalities you need. The staff is available and very friendly.

Cons -
- Just one personal preference - I prefer a big mattress than two separated mattresses. The only minor issue we had is that the TV was not connected to internet so no screen mirroring or Netflix was possible, we called the room service (who arrived in 1/2min, which is very nice) but unfortunately unable to solve the issue.
