the location and the room cleanliness,
the informaiton of the booking, it showed the price including the breakfast, but when I went to the restaurnant, the server told me that we just can pick the meal under 50 dollars, this information i can't find it when I booked, so if I know this situation I will not book this hotel, so please describe it clearly.

The staff was wonderful, polite and accommodating. The breakfast was wonderful!! Food however way expensive almost $50 for a single porkchop
My room smelled funky from the first day, got move on the last night after I mentioned it to management and was compt $100 credit for dinner but my room got charged $114 for a porkchop, brusseel sprouts and a meat n chease board and I paid for the meal that I wouldn't have ordered in the first place. Breakfast was excellent. Over all, the hotel felt outdated and in need of work throughout. With the overall cost, wifi should be included.

I could not connect to the WiFi on my laptop which set me back a few hours of work. Guest services couldn’t help either. Just get rid of the sign in browser window!!! Also, ordering room service was a pain, I called twice to get a menu sent up, and when they delivered the food, there were no utensils so I called again. But no utensils got delivered. I didn’t bother to call again and just ate it with the coffee stir sticks.

The location was great. Off the strip and away from the bright lights of the strip.Ideal for the Sphere which is located 10 minutes in a cab and this was the main reason for our visit
Not fully ADA. One automatic door was locked by 8/9pm and I was in a wheelchair. The main entrance has no door man and valet guys are not always about to help with the large metal frame glazed doors.Manager on duty during our stay was nice after airing our concerns. However some staff could probably do with some training because if there was a problem raised they seemed very dismissive of it.Booked the Renaissance having stayed with them previously and had an amazing stay. Vegas Renaissance however was a huge disappointment
