Renaissance Las Vegas Hotel

Pleasant personnel, nice pool and hot tub. Comfortable beds and climate.

Shower leaked water all over the bathroom floor. Bathroom sink water pressure was too low. Not enough coffee in the room, even though the reservation was for 3 people. Breakfast at Zio's seemed over-priced.

THe staff was friendly and professional and the place was very clean and nicely decorated.

This location is terrible unless you are looking to stay by the convention center.. parking is NOT free & the property fee is a joke.. staff is rude & not at all helpful.. stay somewhere else not worth the

With no convention in town during my stay, the location was very quiet even with New Year's celebrations nearby. My room's view was excellent overlooking the Wynne golf course, the Sphere and city view of the Strip (New Year's fireworks.)

The location is excellent for a convention and a little challenging for tourists wanting to see the Las Vegas Strip. Personally, I didn't have a big problem with the location this trip but possibly in the future the location may be difficult.

Nice breakfast, comp tickets for drinks, dessert. room was large.

no hot water in room. When checking out, I let the FD clerk know about it, but her Response was "did you tell anyone"? No apology was given. This was not expectable response from a front desk clerk. Just checked us out with any other comment.

The staffs are main reason for this hotel to shine, they go far above

room was not ready by the time we get there , we even 1hr and 1/2 lated, no in room sandals were available and no dental kits in room only if asked

I got Covid tried to cancel. None could find my reservation. Card charged for stay

It was clean and quiet. We also LOVED Elvis (the room delivery bot). Everything was so efficient. Would DEFINITELY stay here again!

The smell of smoke in the casino And the Starbucks being out of most ingredients And not making the coffee right. The room was too expensive With hardly anyone staying there you think they're give better rates To generate more revenue.

The staff was very accommodating and everything was as expected for a 4 star hotel.

I didn't like that the hotel charges for parking when the hotels on the steep do not. The person who checked us in though was kind enough to waive it for us though.

The pool was small and not as expected. It¿s located in more of a court yard in between the buildings. The set up and swing chairs are very nice.

We liked the location, cleanliness in room and throughout hotel, the separate shower and bathtub, friendly staff, the parking is attached to the hotel, no smoking and that there is no casino.

There is no lock on bathroom door and the door does not close all the way. It is okay for couples but for family with teens, we need privacy.

The Starbucks coffee area was nice. They also provided complimentary whiskey and macaroon tastings.

The room had an odor like sewage, parking is not free unlike most hotels on the strip, and room service is not 24 hours. Also the parking situation is kinda awkward (I went into the convention center parking accidentally due to confusing signage).
