    Excellent marred only by slow service and refused visa card.
    Breakfast good. Cleaning fantastic. Most comfortable bed we ever slept in. Great shower. Lovely hotel Friendly cleaning lady. Terrace by pool and water feature lovely.
    Check in and check out was slow as was service most of rhe time in bar. Nescafe very disappointing. Fresh coffee needed. More vegetarian/vegan options. Staff only spoke Portughese. My visa debit card was resfused and I had to go twice to bank to pay for rooms.

    Good
    The bed and the breakfast were excellent
    The airco was noisy, so had to switch it off to sleep which does not match well with the cuiaba climate. After switching it off we had the same noise coming from the airco next door.
