- The hotel location is wonderful and everything you need is close by. The food quality was very good and no issues with the all inclusive buffet as it is varied and for a vegetarian really all you need. The shows at the hotel were top quality.

- The front desk staff is not on too of everything and can be borderline ruse with simple requests on towels and deliveries and room keys. They make you feel like you are a burden and I found them annoying to deal with. The rest of the staff is amazing.

Great hotel, 7 restaurants, good pools, nice bar with friendly staff at all locations. Free parking, welcoming, courteous and attentive staff, Restaurant personnel & bartenders all friendly and smiling. I plan to return again later this year.
Slippery slope near the adult pool by the showers needs to be corrected as I almost fell 3 years ago & again during my 2023 visit. This is a known issue that should be resolved as it is an injury waiting to happen if one or many haven't happened already.
