- We had booked a room with 2 beds and they were unable to accommodate that. During the buffet meals, the tables were not cleared off quickly or stocked with required supplies (utensils/ glasses) and we were left standing with our plates looking for space
- Room dirty with cockroaches and cigarette butt . Shower head fell out of wall, hit Daughter while showering. Staff friendly with the exception of receptionist who charged daughter $100 to replace her lost plastic key card. Steak restaurant terrible.

The beach was clean.

ROOM AND FOOD BUT THE AIR CONDITIONER WAS NOT WORKING PROPER 377 AND 378 THE REST WAS OK
LICOR WAS WORSE BRAND I EVER DRINK IN MY LIFE I END BRING MY VODKA AND MY WISKEY THE BARTENDER JOSEPH AT THE POOL HAVE PREFERENCE WITH HIS FRIEND AND NOT POLITE WITH OTHERS AND LET OTHERS PLAY DISRESPECFULL MUSIC NOT FOR KIDS BUT I THINK NEVER CHANGE
