Omni Fort Worth Hotel

Bob's Chop and Steakhouse. And the nice furniture grouping around the fireplace.

Valet parking is too expensive.

Just the over all experience of the hotel. Everything from the cleanliness and upscale feeling to the bar and the food was all very high quality.

Clean rooms, beautifully decorated and very friendly staff

So loud! No clear exit path for taking the stairs down. Couldn't rest because you heard people in the hall all night. We even tried to close the gap around the door with pillows.

The pool is so small for the size of this hotel. The staff at the pool are incredibly unhelpful and rude.

Location and Bobs Steakhouse

Stayed one night. Staff did not mention that the Fort Worth Marathon was going past the hotel the next morning at 8 am. 5 uber/lyft drivers were unable to reach me. Walked a mile with 3 bags, one was 69 lbs to get picked up. Barely made my flight.

Every staff member we interacted with was incredibly friendly and helpful, from the moment we valeted our car until checkout the next day. The hotel was beautiful, even more so for Christmas. First time staying here but will choose the Omni every time!

Pool deck and fitness center were nice.

Not walkable to Stockyard. Expensive parking, too expensive.

Everything was more than I expected. The staff was all courteous, attentive, and happy to help. All the valet staff was extremely hard working, willing to help, and very polite.

Not a single thing except for the pool hours.

The Omni was in a perfect location for our needs on our trip to Fort Worth. The hotel was very clean, and the staff was great.

We did not have hot water when we arrived which was unfortunate after a long day of travel. After calling down to the front desk, someone arrived shortly after to rectify the situation.

It was clean and friendly had restaurants in side and a shop

The pool was way to small and was not deep could not even do a lap around the pool if I wanted to other places change less and have bigger pools

Beautiful hotel. Very comfortable and it has a Starbucks.

Wish valet parking wasn¿t the only option. I would rather have access to my own car at all times without feeling like a burden on the employees (they didn¿t make me feel this way I just don¿t like making others do things for me like that.)

Broken furniture. Outdated and not at all like the Dallas location. Should not be classified as 4 star.

The bed and pillows were comfortable. The towels were big. The location was great.

Service was great. Location was excellent! Just across the street from the convention center. The complimentary drink in the lobby was fabulous.

Wi-Fi was out for the last night.

Secure rooms, secure floors.

Unfortunately there was some sort of cheerleading event going on in the hotel. So my wife and I celebrating our 10 year anniversary were hit with long waits and lines due to the amount of cheerleaders at hotel. Wasn't a good experience for us.

They charged a lot of extra fees for our stay

Too many people in the small pool. My family did not get to enjoy it.
