The location was perfect for walking around the city center. Also, The breakfast buffet was incredible

Half a bottle of old milk left in fridge,curly singular hair above toilet,dated rooms,dated shallow pool,price was 499$(valentines day) 1 week later same room 309$ i know it was valentines day and price lift expected but an extra 190$ with not even a chocolate on the pillow or a folded love heart towel wasn't a terrible place but price didn't reflect quality we stay in perth occasionally but won't be back

Not enough parking. And I wasn’t informed when I booked the room that I needed to book parking and pay for it. I think it should be included in the price if you get an upgraded room.

Terrible experience

If I could give this property 0 stars, I would. Upon my check in, I asked the check In person how much will be if I extended my tomorrow till evening due to my late flight and he said $150 till 6pm. Next morning I went to pay for extension they told me it’s $250…till 6 pm. It’s half price and the full price of the room is $319. On top of that the pasta carbonara was disgusting and inedible.

Location was great and loved the room.

I was absolutely disappointed with the disruption that came from the gym which was directly above the room I stayed in. I had to complain 2 times and eventually went to the gym and found a group of children playing in the gym and banging the weights on the ground. It’s ridiculous to relax in a room that is so disruptive. I would not stay there again!

Clean, comfortable facilities. Good location.

The bathroom was dangerous. due to a fixed showerscreen over the bath the step up into the bath was extreme. It was frightening and certainly presented a falls risk. the huge step required onto tiles which were slippery when wet was concerning and unsafe. I raised this with the receptionist on check out, and her response was that she would mark my profile as having special needs. ( I don't). This was both untrue and offensive. The problem is the how the bathroom has been set up and the risk to your business is unacceptable. Your staff member gave me a don't care impression. I also wish that i had been given the opportunity to have a room with a view as my friends who i travelled with did.

I liked the location and the pool area.

We rolled a bed over to fit in and there was so much dirt underneath it was disgusting. Then the cleaner came in the next morning to do our beds and she left it like that!

The pool area has absolutely no shade at all. Prefer the old help yourself buffet breakfast.

Location and room cleaned during stay by nalina was excellent, thanks Nalina and even the house keeper’s friendly smiles or Hi’s when walking down hallways as they were working.

The temperature of the room couldn’t be controlled as too cold or hot, communication of staff regarding parking, buffet breakfast, dinner. Only 2 towels in room even with 4 guests delivered to room when asked though, went to level 3 to watch fireworks whole entrance/lift area stunk like smoking cigarettes was happening there but not when walked in gym so was contained to lift area. Drinks being served in pool area I believe this may have been why smoking inside and on pool area was occurring. Beds were only small doubles but comfy and clean. Passed people at front desk many times during our stay no smile or acknowledgment anyone could have accessed the lifts I believe, I get people are busy but when we did speak to them usually wrong information was given anyway. Gentlemen on last day at desk was great and gave us the details regarding off site parking about requirements to leave and reenter to late to do this now though. First hotel I wasn’t asked how was your stay, at the end of stay…..

A lady being allowed to bring her cat into the dining room at breakfast and sit it on a bench chair. Slow service in bar although it wasn’t very busy,but she was struggling.

It was quiet and clean.

The breakfast was just very normal compared to the price we paid $40 per person for each day. Too expensive! For the price we paid, they could have given us a room with the view. There were many rooms that were vacant. Yet, we received one facing another apartment. It was way too standard accommodation. I'm not sure why they have a 4-star rating itself!

The staff from the time we checked in struggled to do the check in smoothly and efficiently. Then after a certain time on Australia day we were told we were unable to take snacks to the pool area for the kids.we were met by a rude security officer and a rude staff member.

I was in Perth for a function, when I returned to the hotel,the male working that evening assisted with cold water and spoke with some people loitering around my vehicle, the food was delicious and room service was quick. I received the room at a great rate.

I believe if you have an issue you speak to the hotel prior to writing publicly about it. In saying that I don’t have anything negative to say.
