Holiday Inn Midland By IHG

Location

The additional charges on my card that will take days to fall off are absolutely unacceptable. Hundreds of dollars.

Clean, modern rooms.

Construction on upper floors was very noisy, starting by 8am daily. There was a sign in lobby notifying guests of the renovations, but it would have been nice to know prior to booking.

Very clean, everything was great and comfortable.

Not a deal breaker but the rock flooring in the pool area is a bit rough. But shoes fix that. Again not a deal breaker

Attached restaurant, indoor/outdoor hot tub, arcade room

Pool was a little cold, no free breakfast

The location and the staff were great.

I was surprised at the amount of updates needed. There were many things that needed improvement. There was many areas that needed paint, the carpet needs replacing.

Good location

Booked a hotel with free breakfast and no free breakfast was offered

Location, pool/tub tub, sports bar

Sink drain needs maintenance. The drain sometimes couldn't be unplugged.

Every staff member that my husband and I encountered were extremely kind and helpful, the room was clean and the pool and surrounding area were clean.

The breakfast/dinner choices from the restaurant were not the greatest and were overpriced. The carpet in the hallway needs to be leveled out, it¿s a tripping hazard. Would have been nice for mini fridge to have freezer compartment. Cribs need updating

The Pool area was nice, and the hotel was clean.

No breakfast besides buying it at Big Es, and you have to have bracelets for the pool area. We had a birthday party and couldn't get enough bracelets for the kids. They stated we could buy an extra hotel room but they were all sold out. It was ridiculous

Hot tub

The hot tub was cold and the beds had hair and dirt under the dheets

Pool and hot tub and restaurant

The breakfast was a little confusing it says on description complementary breakfast. But its at the restaurant a buffet and unless you get a ticket when checking in for your whole family its not complementary. But we figured it out!!

Location, reputation, cleanliness

Restaraunt. Proximity to stores and to the fairgrounds.

Kids kicked out of the pool at 10:30 PM

Well love that the breakfast was included very clean hotel would recommend to anyone for stay

No it was in the right location as well

Adult pool time

Internet was out our entire stay

The cleanliness, appointments and they cleaned the room in prep for our next nights stay.

It is a nice, modern hotel. We normally don't stay in such a nice hotel -- and we would have loved to have used the swimming pool, but our stay was simply too short. It's proximity to much of what Midland has to offer is nice.

Breakfast (add'l cost) Saturday was a bit bland and the French Toast wasn't very fresh. Otherwise, it was fine.

It was in a nice area, restaurant/bar within and room was comfortable.

Cleanliness, comfortable, great food. Friendly helpful staff!

Nope it's great

Staff was great and the restraunt was excellant both for dinner and breakfast

the french toast was hard and cold
