Bon Vivant played games with holding tables even though they're not allowed to take reservations. Restaurants long wait. Food was decent but not spectacular. Construction on building 2 made our room noisy and the view had cranes.

From pool heater to coffee machine and everything in between. Hotel staff were kept saying we are working on fixing things but we didn¿t see any improvement. Pool water was freezing due to broken heater. Restaurants were all booked up from our 1st day.

It is an all-inclusive

I was shocked that I was asked to pay for my hotel room. Why didn¿t you take the money out of my account after I booked my trip.

Beautiful, family friendly hotel with amazing staff, gorgeous beach and nice pools!

It was perfect for young families, but maybe not perfect for my teenagers who wanted to be closer to downtown cabo san lucas. However, we loved the hotel for what it was and the staff was absolutely amazing!! Food was good, but not great.

Food was horrible and some was inedible. By the third day we had to go into town to eat

Location is prefect and easy to get to from airport.

The Mexican food at the hotel is horrible and there isn¿t enough options to eat and for an all inclusive this was very disappointing. Not a relaxing hotel if you are looking for a relaxing resort with your family this isn¿t it.

Beautiful property and amenities.

Didn¿t like getting food poisoning. Rude staff, expected tips for every little thing. Food was not good. Drinks were not good - margarita didn¿t even taste like a margarita. Broken AC in room. Broken bathroom door. Expected more from Hyatt.

Great venue, pools, beach front.

Staff wasn't the warmest. Food was ok at best. Weird restaurant hours.

Just a short drive from the airport this location has a beautiful ocean view with a lovely beach. You can go in the water here which is not always the case along the southern tip of Baja.

Felt too American and less like we were in Mexico. The food was average and your best bet is to order a la carte.

Upgraded to one bedroom master suite which was amazing, good drinks and selection

Food was somewhat lacking at some of the restaurants (Spanish), not very close to Cabo San Lucas (40 min bus ride, $2.50/person)

Great staff, beautiful room, easy access amenities, nice pools, the swim up room was amazing!

Adult pool was closed for an entire day. Some of the restaurants were not great.

The staff was the best part.. coffee shop was a nice amenity No reservations in the restaurants was very relaxing.. no need to plan

hotel was full so no upgrades were available- any night. (Not believable) They treated the Hyatt members far better than the others.

Such amazing service and enterntainment at night. Food was good the selection and diversity of restaurants was awesome.

Toilet paper could have been softer and more entertainment for adults at night.

The look of the resort itself. The atmosphere was spectacular. Rooms neat and clean. Huge as well. Variety was plentiful.

Lack of microwave in the rooms. Most of the food at the buffet and room service was lukewarm. Would have been okay to have a way to warm it up a bit

Staff doesn't speak English well. Food is mediocre compared with Cancun.

The staff was fantastic. They seem to really enjoy their jobs and it shows with their customer service. The hotel had amazing food options with Dozo (asian theme) being our favorite. The pool was great and we had no trouble finding a lounge chair.
